We’ve all had questions about what Brynn Whitfield does for a living, but according to her, it’s more than the rest of her castmates. The Real Housewives of New York star recently appeared on the Trading Secrets podcast, and she slammed her costars for not having full-time jobs. In her mind, she’s the only one with a real job, and yes, that includes Jenna Lyons.
Brynn Whitfield Shades RHONY Cast’s Career Choices, Including Jenna Lyons
As a reminder, Season 15 of RHONY ended with Brynn on the outs with the rest of the cast. After this podcast, it’s safe to say that’s not going to change anytime soon.
“I’m the only one that works a full-time job on my cast,” Brynn said, alluding to her supposedly illustrious career as a marketing consultant.
“We have influencers, we have models, we have art curators,” Brynn continued. “We have people that did work at J. Crew three years ago, but now they’re just, like, honorary positions. We have, like, a real estate agent that hasn’t sold a house in seven years.”
Somehow, Brynn managed to take a shot at every single person on the cast in one breath. She then backtracked a little bit and commended her RHONY costars for their entrepreneurial endeavors. There’s Jenna, who sells false eyelashes. Ubah Hassan has the hot sauce line. They’ve got a few things going on, which Brynn could appreciate.
“They’re all very successful and making money,” Brynn noted, before pivoting back to talking about her own career.
Contrary to popular belief, Brynn is not a sugar baby, and she explained that she works more of a traditional “9 to 5.” She went on to claim that she charges $630 an hour for her marketing consultation services, but we never saw that side of her on RHONY to protect the privacy of her clients.
“I sit at a desk and I make decks and I go on Zoom calls. There’s nothing glamorous about that,” Brynn explained. “Consulting is not glamorous. It pays well, but it’s not glamorous.”
