My Sister Wives Closet Latest Update (April 2025)

I’ve watched Sister Wives since its inception back in 2010. And never have I been moved to buy myself a piece of jewelry from the Brown’s collection aptly entitled, My Sisterwife’s Closet. Kody Brown didn’t exactly seem to understand how to show real love, and I imagine most of those accessories were cursed anyway. But some fans found the idea quaint. So, what is going on with My Sisterwife’s Closet as of 2025? Here’s what we know.

Who founded My Sisterwife’s Closet?

Surprising no one, My Sisterwife’s Closet was spearheaded by Robyn Brown. She watched as Janelle Brown and Meri Brown both worked outside the home. And Christine Brown was content with raising the children. While in Las Vegas, it became apparent that Robyn needed an outlet for her creative mind. The line featured chunky jewelry with an outdated feel. Imagine if you will the 2000s fairy necklace from Hot Topic. Despite being featured heavily on the earlier seasons of Sister Wives, the line failed miserably.

Janelle spoke out on Reality Life with Kate Casey, stating, “It wasn’t successful. I do think that we probably didn’t know how to run a business as a family together. It probably should have been more of an individual thing in retrospect.” During the early seasons, Janelle had strong opinions about why the family shouldn’t invest in the jewelry business, but she was ignored. She went on to tell the host she was the “least interested” and “I’ve been so removed from the business that I have no idea,” she added.

Meri Brown reveals customers aren’t getting My Sisterwife’s Closet orders

During the latest episode, Meri opened up about how she still gets emails about My Sisterwife’s Closet. However, the messages aren’t exactly giving positive feedback. The mother of one noted that she recently received a note from a customer who somehow was able to order a necklace but never received his order. Meri told cameras, “Somebody had reached out to me regarding a My Sisterwife’s Closet order that he had placed on the website but hadn’t received, and is now either trying to get his refund or get his item.” Meri shared that she had taken a screenshot and forwarded the email, and “hoped” that Robyn would respond to the customer soon.

This was the second email from the same customer with no resolution. In her confessional, Robyn shared that she started the company over ten years ago, just selling bits and bobs. But she put the business on hold, noting, “It’s kind of on pause right now.” Robyn did acknowledge that both she and Meri often get notifications of potential orders.

Robyn Brown claims My Sisterwife’s Closet is closed

When producers asked Robyn about the website still being active, the mother of five laughed off the issues. She told cameras, “The cart is not disabled, and sometimes people sneak an order in.” The comment didn’t sit well with viewers, who quickly questioned how it was possible to sneak an order in if you shut down your business, as she had claimed. The entire debacle seems to be Robyn’s fault, yet she refuses to take any accountability for it. If she doesn’t want the store open, then she should turn off the ordering. It’s odd that she thinks it’s okay to blame the customer.

The My Sisterwife’s Closet website for the jewelry line is still very much active. The blurb at the top notes that the online boutique was launched by Robyn, Meri, Christine, Janelle, and Kody, with a photo for all four at the top of the page. The blog reads, “We have always had a dream to develop and design quality products made in the United States that the everyday woman would use and treasure… but add our own personal touch while promoting femininity, strength, and family.” However, the last time the website was updated was in January 2019, when they introduced the dog tag necklace in honor of Robyn’s friendship with Mykelti Brown. The two have since had a falling out. So if you were looking for a nice piece of jewelry for Mother’s Day, My Sisterwife’s Closet isn’t your one-stop shop. My advice would be to keep on looking.

Sister Wives is available to stream on TLC.
