Bethenny Frankel Selling Greenwich Home for Huge $8 Million

Bethenny Frankel is getting ready to move on to her next adventure. And with that, she will say goodbye to the Big Apple. She will also be selling her Greenwich mini mansion in hopes of getting a nice home in Florida. Fans will recall that in September 2024, Bethenny also listed her house in Bridgehampton. She bought that home in 2013. 

Bethenny Frankel’s Greenwich house is up for sale 

Page Six revealed that the former Real Housewives of New York star is looking to offload her Connecticut home. Last week, Bethenny announced she would be leaving New York for the Sunshine State. The outlet revealed B is looking to live in either Fort Lauderdale or West Palm Beach. Apparently, a “select group of family and friends” has checked out the $8 million property. Bethenny bought the home for $4.2 million and has made significant additions to the property. A source shared with the outlet, “She’s basically the queen of the real estate flip.”   

The home has only 20 owners. Bethenny gave a tour while on In Depth with Graham Bensinger. The video showcased her built-in podcast studio as well as the high ceilings. Last week, Bethenny revealed she was uprooting for “personal and professional reasons.” A source told the outlet, “She loves a home renovation project. She’s looking for a house that needs some work so she can design it and make it feel like hers.” As far as her location, “She’s prioritizing convenience and staying close to friends over the typical Miami scene.”

For Bethenny, it’s all about supporting her teenage daughter, who is into competitive volleyball. In her Instagram video, Bethenny told fans, “Something has arisen that made this the best and healthiest for myself and my daughter.”
