However, now the musician is surprisingly crediting his ex-wife for saving their daughter’s life.

Kanye West made yet another revelation about one of his kids in a new post on X (formerly Twitter). The 47-year-old rapper credited his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, for bringing their first child, North West, into the world. West wrote, “Kim saved North’s life.” The former couple welcomed the firstborn in 2013. The father of four continued to reveal he “wasn’t ready to have a child.” However, Kardashian “made sure North made it to this earth.” West added, “I will always give her credit for this.”
As expected, West’s post was quick to garner attention, with some even pointing out that the new post was a “rare normal tweet.” The hip-hop artist has remained in headlines for his series of controversial posts on social media. Moreover, West has continued to make negative claims about Kardashian. Recently, he alleged that he had not hadn’t seen his elder son, Saint West, this year. However, those claims were debunked by multiple reports shortly after.
Therefore, West’s latest remark about Kardashian came as a surprise to many. While some praised, others had mixed reactions about the same. One user sceptically wrote, “this sounds more like an attack than a compliment…” Another stated, “I wish kids won’t be mentioned though.”
