Season 2 of The Valley is appointment TV on Bravo these days. Sure, the absolute dissolution of Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor is fueling the show, but the other co-stars are holding their weight. One fan-favorite couple, Danny Booko and Nia Sanchez, has nowhere near the same intensity of drama as some of their friends, but they still have a lot going on.
Danny and Nia are known on The Valley for being young parents with “3 under 3.” They live in a small condo in the center of Los Angeles. While they chat about the proximity of expanding their family to 4 under 4 on the show, Danny and Nia can’t agree on where to live. Danny has been pushing Santa Clarita since before Season 1, while Nia wants to stay near her friends. As of recently, it looks like one of them made a compromise.
The Valley’s Danny Booko and Nia Sanchez are moving to Santa Clarita

The U.S. Sun reports that Danny and Nia, who are expecting their fourth child, are moving to Santa Clarita. They officially closed on a $1.3 million home with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and plenty of space for all of their children, who can nearly make up their own basketball team. A big pool, yard, and deck make it the ultimate family dream for this picture-perfect California family.
Despite Nia’s love for living in Encino, the couple is in the process of selling their three-bedroom condo. It ultimately seems to make sense for them to have more room for their ever-growing family, but it’ll be interesting to see how Danny convinced Nia on this season of The Valley.
The Valley continues Tuesdays at 9/8c on Bravo and Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
