Teasing and joshing about has always been an exciting part of their marriage, and the fashion mogul proved they do so much of it behind closed doors. It’s no secret that David has his own garden patch, and he recently shared a rare glimpse of his wife flirtatiously mocking his gardening fit as he pulled out fresh radishes from a patch in their tranquil backyard.
The former Spice Girl, who is also a fashion designer, first told her husband he looked nice in the video while he picked the ready radishes. David joked back, “I look nice? No, I look a state.” But Victoria didn’t stop there and immediately responded with another playful tease, “You know you’re married to a fashion icon, right?” Then, the former English footballer replied with another feel-good sneer, “Am I? You look like one.”
In the next few moments, Victoria and David Beckham continued their back-and-forth nonchalant ribbing, especially after she brought up his socks. “I like your socks,” the mom of four told her husband, who responded that gardening is “good for the mind.” However, she was quick with another witty response. “What, to dress badly?” Victoria joked back as she further dissed David’s dressing while referring to his previous comment. The duo then talked about having these radishes for dinner and laughed.
Later, while sharing an update on his latest produce, David called his wife “hilarious.” He also revealed that “she just ate 5 of my radishes once washed, of course.”
