Welcome back to the high seas, featuring one of the longest charters ever. This week, the all-male group of adult film stars remains on board for Below Deck Season 12 Episode 4. Last week, this group presented well. However, five-day charters can easily bring out the worst within a crew, especially when their bosun is not running with all cylinders fired. Here is everything that happened in Below Deck Season 12 Episode 4, “Island of Sausages.”
What happened in Below Deck Season 12 Episode 4?
The exterior department is struggling, as Caio is not leading as he should. Captain Kerry has spoken to him, but Caio does not seem to understand that he is the one who is failing. His lack of awareness is now creating highly frustrating moments for his team and his Captain. The interior team is also facing interpersonal conflicts that are starting to worsen.
Caio frustrates Kyle as Solène thrills Rainbeau

Fresh off his do your job, mate, conversation with Captain Kerry, Caio calls his team together. He informs them that they need to improve. His team is annoyed. Once Caio leaves, Kyle states the obvious: Caio is the problem.
In the interior, Rainbeau reminds Solène for the fourth time about a storage location. Meanwhile, Fraser is with the guests, filling them in on their nighttime kayak excursion and later glow party on board. Solène will join the guests in the kayaks, Fraser declares. Leaving, Solène stumbles down the stairs, thankfully catching her fall.
The guests enjoy their excursion, which Captain Kerry attends, wanting to give Caio a break, as the crew readies for their return. Once onboard, dinner service begins. The first course is shrimp tempura sushi, which one of their guests cannot eat due to a food allergy. Fraser brings this dish back down to the galley, quipping in his confessional that history is repeating itself with Anthony.
Down in the garage, Caio asks Jess if his team is on his side. Jess says yes.
In the cabins, Solène finds Rainbeau, letting her know that she cleaned additional areas to try and help her team. Rainbeau hugs Solène, thrilled.
Rainbeau is re-annoyed with Solène

Heading to the main salon, Rainbeau sees a massive mess. Rainbeau now has zero trust in Solène. The following morning, Fraser joins the guests on their nude beach excursion. He leaves Rainbeau in charge during his absence.
Captain Kerry calls Caio to the wheelhouse to go over their plans. After, Captain Kerry heads to the crew mess, joining Bárbara for a bite. At their table, he reveals that he is dating someone who used to work for him when he was married. Following his divorce, he reached out to this woman for dinner, and the rest is history.
Sharing her own story, Bárbara admits that her ex-girlfriend cheated on her. She is not ready to date anyone else.
The crew arrives at the beach. Caio radios that he is bringing the guests, but it is too early, so Fraser has him circle around for a bit. Once the guests arrive, the crew creates their requested penis sand sculpture, joking that this is now the beach of sausages.
Rainbeau radios for someone named Celeste, clearly tired. Regardless, Solène answers. Rainbeau asks Solène to drop what she is doing and clean the cabins, as the guests will return soon. Solène pushes back, saying another task of hers is unfinished, but does as told.
Rainbeau is annoyed. Bárbara joins Solène in the cabins, where they joke around and bond. Solène tells Bárbara that Rainbeau is too stressed. Maybe she needs to drink some Matcha, Solène jokes.
In her confessional, Bárbara acknowledges that Rainbeau is a solid stew. However, she is not great at saying things nicely. Following another tense interaction, Solène tells Rainbeau that she does not love her demeanor. Rainbeau turns to Jess to vent, but Jess shuts her down, not wanting to get involved.
Fraser defies the wishes of his boyfriend by kissing Damo

Caio returns Anthony to the yacht. Captain Kerry is annoyed, telling Caio that his communication during this excursion stunk. While returning their guests, Caio talks about breaks and tasks with his team, which frustrates Damo and Kyle, as Caio is not acting professionally in front of their guests.
In the galley, Anthony feels stressed. Soundbites from his firing on Below Deck Season 11 sound. Thankfully, Anthony pushes through.
Tonight, the dinner theme is S&M, which Fraser adores, providing them with their safe word, Saint Slayvid. As Fraser cracks a whip, the guests enter. Throughout dinner, the crew maintains their characters, unsmiling and treating their guests awfully, which everyone loves. They also loved everything Anthony made.
The next day, everyone feels exhausted. Production included, as their footage from Day 4 lasted roughly 7 seconds. As Day 5 arrives, Kyle asks Solène to join him for a drink once their guests depart. Solène says yes.
Anthony calls his mom, saying that he still needs to have an uncomfortable talk with Fraser. Meanwhile, Fraser is currently telling Jess that Damo is hot. However, his boyfriend told him that kissing anyone is a no-no.
This five-day charter ends with a low tip of $19,900. Everyone sighs. To help morale, Captain Kerry is treating them to a nice dinner and a brunch.
At dinner, Kyle kisses Solène. Back on board, the crew heads to the hot tub, where Fraser kisses Damo regardless.
Below Deck continues Mondays at 8/7c on Bravo. It streams on Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
