Kim Kardashian Accuses Kris Humphries Of Lying About Her Reality Shows For Divorce Settlement! Plus Designers Refuse To Loan Kim Clothes For Elle Shoot

Sometimes I feel like if I ever hear the words Kim Kardashian again I might vomit. I guess I'm in the wrong line of work then, right?

The latest snafu in the never-ending divorce between Kim and husband of a second Kris Humphries, is that Kim's lawyer, Laura Wasser, accuses the NBA player of making threats to expose her reality shows as fake to get money in the divorce settlement.

If you recall, Kris who was villainized on Kourtney & Kim Take New York (which coincided to Kim's divorce filing), decided to examine other Kardashian shows featuring their relationship, such as Keeping Up With The Kardashians to prove she married (and divorced) him as a publicity stunt and their marriage was a made-for-TV fraud on Kim's end.

Well this isn't sitting well with the infamous Kardashian derriere!

According to TMZ, Kim's attorney says Kris' lawyer Lee Hutton was "lying" when he told the judge it was NOT their intent to "blow the lid off reality television," despite using Kardashian shows as expository evidence of the family's alleged fraud. Wasser insinuates Hutton has been threatening to expose Kim unless they get money and/or an annulment.

Wasser claims Hutton threatened her by saying things like, "The Kardashians or Bunim-Murray [producers of 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians'] do not want that to happen." She also insists that 95% of his deposition questions have been about Kim's show and very little about the relationship of Kim and Kris

Among the questions Mr. Hutton asked Kim

  • "Is any aspect of season 6 [which features Humphries] scripted? If so, who maintains those scripts?"
  • "Are storyboards created for season 6?"
  • "It's not uncommon for a producer … to give direction to cast members during a particular scene, is it?"
  • "Can you tell me who gave direction to the characters for the Bora Bora episode on what topics they should discuss? [The episode in which Kris finds out Kim had previously been married]."

These questions seem valid to me (I'm not an attorney) if their intent is to prove that Kim's shows used Kris for a storyline and the marriage was never genuine.

Kim's team is also refusing to give Kris' team access to documents pertaining to the production of the shows. Team Kris believes this is an attempt to thwart them from uncovering the truth!

Kris reportedly signed a confidentiality clause when he married Kim. If he secures an annulment that clause would be void, therefore giving him leverage to reveal the truth behind the Kardashian shows. This is allegedly the number one reason why Kim and Ko. do not want to give in. Kim has tried every tactic imaginable at this point to try and convince a judge that she is unfit to stand trial due to pregnancy and her career.

Kim even claimed the stress of the divorce was causing strain on her pregnancy and she feared for her unborn child's life. Meanwhile she's been traveling all over the world in Kanye West's entourage pretending to be Jesus. Kris has been saying he can't deal with the divorce during the NBA season, a claim Wasser dismisses as ridiculous. The trial is slated to begin at the end of Kim's pregnancy, which is this summer.

In other Kim news, the reality hoe-gul will be on the upcoming cover of Elle Magazine and it was apparently quite the challenge to dress her! Despite Kim dating Kanye and moving nearer to the A-List by extension, the shoot's stylist reveals that no designers were willing to loan him clothes for Kimmie Kakes because they didn't want to be associated with her. O-U-C-H!

Nicola Formichetti, who styled the shoot and works with tons of A-List clients, including Lady Gaga, admits it was "a challenge" for him to style Kim. Although he approached several design houses to provide clothes to the shoot, none were interested!

“People wouldn’t lend me the clothes,” he tells RadarOnline. “But that’s fashion snobbery.” He said they did manage to pull together several great looks and that Kim was low-key and very easy to work with.

This isn't the first time Kim's been in trouble with the fashion community. She notoriously pissed off Vera Wang over her divorce debacle and the Kardashians have been sued and called out by several designers related to copyright infringement because of their Kardashian Kollection for Sears products being direct knock-offs! Kim was also reportedly banned from the MET Ball by Anna Wintour

TELL US – DOES KRIS HAVE A RIGHT TO USE REALITY TV FOOTAGE TO PROVE HE WAS USED AND ABUSED BY THE KARDASHIANS? WAS KIM A VICTIM OF "FASHION SNOBBERY"?
