The web of lies surrounding Adrienne Maloof's alleged lawsuit against Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star Brandi Glanville is getting more and more twisted. After Lisa Vanderpump's volatile tea party on Monday's episode, so many of the women have a lot to say…mainly Adrienne and wannabe housewife Faye Resnick. Is it a coincidence that two of Kyle Richards' best friends are waist deep in the drama? I don't think so…
After Lisa recently shared, “She’s not a friend of mine and I wouldn’t [have] invited her,” Faye wants to extend her extra long fifteen minutes set the record straight. Speaking to Wetpaint, she whines, “I was asked exactly the same way the rest of the cast was to Lisa’s tea. Lisa knew I was coming, which is why there was a place setting for me and for Kim [Richards]. She acted like I ran in and stole Kim’s seat. That’s not true at all.”

Faye continues to play the victim (where's my violin?), explaining that she never would have shown up to Lisa's mean girl tea party had she known that Lisa only wanted to humiliate her…as if she can't do that herself by "designing" purple dining rooms. She laments, “I would never have attended if I thought Lisa was going to use this as an opportunity to deliberately insult me. This is beyond my comprehension. Believe me, I had no interest in going in the first place, although there are certain events the whole cast is expected to attend. That’s why I was so quiet the whole time I was there.”
In my head, all I hear is JT's "Cry Me a River" (cry me a riiivaaah!) as Faye spews her pathetic attempts to garner sympathy after becoming so reviled this season. She should be happy she's so hated when she's not even an actual housewife…yet. I expect one of y'all to start a petition to make sure she never becomes one. Please. Athankyouverymuch!
A RHOBH production insider echoes Faye's assertions after getting some Faye moolah, telling the site, “All the women receive the same schedule and Faye was on the schedule to shoot that day. A car came to pick her up and when she arrived at the house, she was fitted with a mic. Everyone else knew she was going to be there. I’m not sure why Lisa’s saying she didn’t.”
Faye concludes, “Lisa and I have never been close friends, but we had always been friendly until the recent dinner at Kyle’s, where I had words with Brandi. It’s clear Lisa will do anything to protect her. I meant what I said to Brandi that night, although I do regret that I lost my cool. I’ve always been a woman’s woman, but I cannot sit back and watch a friend of mine, Adrienne, being unjustly attacked.”
Oh go sell your poo to someone who's buying. Even if Faye did mean what she said to Brandi, the point is that she didn't say it to stand up for her friend, she did it to become relevant and controversial on the show. Faye wanted more screen time. At least she's learned something from Kyle. Now, go quietly into that good-night. If it were only that easy…
And as many readers have pointed out, while there were NINE chairs around Lisa's tea tables, there were only EIGHT place settings! Foiled again, Fayke! Even if producers invited Faye, Lisa did not. And as Lisa said: her house, her party, her decision on who gets tea, crumpets, and access to the open bar!
Likewise, Adrienne is also calling out Brandi in her Bravo blog. She writes, "This week's episode contained numerous references by Brandi and the other women to a lawsuit that I allegedly filed against Brandi. Further, Brandi claims that my lawyer sent her a
Adrienne continues, "I want to be 100 percent clear that there is no lawsuit, a fact which can be confirmed by a simple search of court records. Further, neither I, nor my lawyer, have ever sent a letter to Brandi. Earlier this year, my lawyer did send a letter to a former business associate of mine whom I believed was disclosing confidential information about me and my family to third parties, including Brandi. This is the only thing I can think of that might have prompted this week's discussion. I am disappointed that not only have my family and my children been put through everything that this season has brought, but also that I am now being painted as a liar. There was no letter to Brandi and, most importantly, there is no lawsuit, as she keeps claiming."
That's confusing. Did Adrienne's lawyer send this "earlier letter" to a former business associate or Brandi? AND Brandi? Is Brandi her former business associate? I assume what she's saying is that Brandi is one of the third parties to whom this so-called associate was sharing information, but who knows? Furthermore, a cease and desist letter wouldn't constitute as a pleading, so there would be no court records. Of course, that doens't mean that an attorney can't send a threatening letter which makes the recipient believe he or she could be sued. It's no secret that I'm a Brandi fan (although I wish she'd just be quiet and let the truth speak for itself), but I don't think she's bright enough to create this story in her head. There's a reason she thinks she's being sued by Adrienne, and I don't doubt there's a letter involved. Gah! Did I just agree with Taylor Armstrong? Geez.
TELL US-IS FAYE JUST BLOWING SMOKE OR DO YOU THINK SHE WAS INVITED TO THE TEA PARTY? DID ADRIENNE'S ATTORNEY SEND BRANDI A THREATENING LETTER?
