Reza Farahan angered many fans when he lashed out at a neighbor, Sasha, and his brother, Salman, this week on Shahs of Sunset. He called Salman a "f-g" and dissed Sasha for being "very out loud" gay. Reza immediately fled the scene, of course, but Mike Shouhed stayed behind to console the devastated brothers.
An exchange on Twitter just before the episode aired suggested that Reza and Mike's relationship remains strained.
Later, Reza and Mike took to their Bravo blogs to share additional thoughts about the episode, and Reza went the "woe is me" route. Typical.

"Those few days were very difficult for me, and reliving it while watching this episode was equally as difficult," shared Reza. But not difficult enough to keep him from dissing Mike on Twitter mind you.
Reza went on to say that he's willing to admit when he's wrong, but he doesn't sound sincere to me. He also didn't offer up any apologies. "What I want to tell you is that I'm flawed, I'm aggressive, I'm angry, I'm sad, I'm broken, but I'm a work in progress," he said. "I have many good qualities, but just as many bad ones. What I pride myself on is that I'm willing to admit when I'm wrong, seek guidance, and try better in the future. I'm going to keep it real with you guys. I won't chalk it up to editing or alcohol. It happened, I'm not proud of it, but the journey that it took me on made me a better person."
Reza added, "Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to get away with anything. I own up to my mistakes and this was a big one, but at the end of the day, I'm gay too."
Mike called out Reza for his high-handedness. "Reza's so quick to dish it out, but not able to take it," he blogged. "He was super aggressive with Sasha from jump street – Muslim extremist, very gay, fresh off the boat. Why all the hostility? Sasha called Reza fat and was crucified. Hasn't Reza said that his main objective for being a part of the show is to make it OK for other gay men to be able to be out and proud? I guess he should have attached a disclaimer that they have to be up to his standards of what that looks and acts like!"
Mike shared that he was disappointed in Reza, adding, "He was in the wrong. I am no saint, but I know how I feel about bullies. I wanted nothing to do with him"
I didn't think I could be more disgusted by Reza after last season's reunion. Um. I was wrong. Mike, on the other, won my respect this week. I'm now a fan.
