Has hell frozen over? Above is a photo of Teresa Giudice and her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga looking rather chummy.
After it was reported earlier this year that Melissa had signed on to join the cast of Real Housewives of New Jersey, sources immediately informed us that the two ladies do not get along – at all. In fact, just two months ago, it was reported that Teresa and her hubby Joe Giudice started a brawl at the christening ceremony of Melissa’s son. Joe reportedly punched Teresa’s brother/Melissa’s husband Joe Gorga, leading to an all out fight between the men and some other party guests.
According to RadarOnline, the two sister-in-laws seem to have put the bad blood behind them, well at least for now. The above photo was taken at Melissa’s Christmas party which took place on Saturday night. “Teresa may have ignored some guests,” said a source. “But Melissa and Teresa got along great and had a lot of fun dancing together.”
Also in attendance at the party was Jacqueline Laurita and hubby Chris, Caroline and Al Manzo, Kim G., and the other new NJ housewife Kathy Wakile, who happens to be Teresa’s first cousin.
All signs point to this party marking the end of filming for the Real Housewives of NJ’s 3rd season. Melissa also tweeted the following this morning – “Time to wrap……..” Perhaps she’s just referring to wrapping gifts. From what we have heard, the 3rd season of the NJ Housewives will be explosive! With a lot of drama that will have you saying Danielle who? Bravo has yet to officially announce the airing date.
In other NJ news, Danielle Staub continues her attempt to stay relevant in the press. The latest is an interview with RadarOnline, in which she reveals her new year’s resolution is to have her former NJ costars “stop being mean girls!”
She adds, “Collectively stop being mean girls and resolve to be nice to everyone. Period. There is a much better existence.” Danielle also claims “I tried to [make amends] when I said goodbye at the reunion, when I walked away and quit.” Umm shouldn’t she be busy filming her “spin-off show?” More photos from the party below.
