So, I think we can all agree that nothing says Happy Friday to my Reality Tea friends like a Farrah Abraham post with a huge close-up picture, right?
The Couples Therapy singleton gave two in-depth interviews recently, one to Starcasm and one to THZ, but I pulled only the best quotes from each to spare you repetition. Not to mention a Farrah induced coma.
Farrah celebrated her 23rd birthday last week. How does she feel about that?
"I feel like it is the right age to be, which is good to say, because sometimes I’m like ‘Ugh my life’ and I’m trying to handle everything fame has gotten me," said Farrah. "I’m 23 – and it feels right!" Raise your hand if you're already lost. 🙂

As you know, book one of Farrah's erotic trilogy, Celebrity Sex Tape: In The Making, hits the stores next month. "I chose to write this because I felt like it was a topic surrounding my life, and it was important that I write a fictional book about it. I have to say, after reading all three books and all of these interviews that I've been doing, it showed growth in me. I never knew I had fiction in me, being able to write, completely separate myself, keep within topic, and grow from that. It was an awesome experience, and I hope to grow more in fiction."
Um, I am sure there have been many things in Farrah as of late, but the ability to write a book is not one of them.
What's next for Farrah now that she has finished the erotic trilogy? "I am just continuing working on more books, like going into paranormal. I'm truly growing myself as an author. I want to be very good at my imagination, and fiction writing is something I am pretty proud of, looking back at Celebrity Sex Tape."
Farrah continued, "Also the Farrah Abraham Pleasure Products with Topco – that's going to be huge. I can't even tell you, but this is so weird for me to be so proud of a sex toy. I have to say I'm pretty impressed with the quality and how great it looks. I have bought a lot of sex toys in my day and checked it out and they never looked so professional and so quality."
Does Farrah have any reservation about her sex toys? "It's going to sound weird, but the only thing for me to be uncomfortable about is when men are going to get these toys and are going to be like, 'Oh, I'm making my own sex tape with Farrah.'"
Apparently, when she is not promoting a porn related endeavor, Farrah is building a restaurant in Austin. "It's my own concept. It's about having fresh and frozen cuisines and foods at this restaurant. It's very family friendly. It's set to be open in October. I was hoping it was sooner, but this is ground-up, from scratch construction. I hope to open a lot more of these and hopefully franchise this and move onto other endeavors and restaurants."
So fresh food + frozen food = new concept invented by Farrah. Got it.
How does Farrah balance everything? "I see myself as a serial entrepreneur. It is not easy doing so many things at one time, and being successful, but I have. I'm very proud of that. To young teens or people in their 20s, 30s, or 40s who are shaping their career paths, I will never tell those people to focus on only one thing. If you are capable of growing and using your mind to explore different things you want to try, then I say go for it. Be passionate and give it your all."
Farrah continued, "When I come into a room, I light up that room. I am happy to be there and even if I am tired I add something to it. I do not think everybody can do that, but I know many of my friends have told me I do that in their lives. I think that comes from who I am around. I keep positive people around me – so that is good."
I think Farrah, the reality TV and porn star, has confused "light up a room" with "a professionally lit room". Ooops, I called Farrah a porn star, and she doesn't like that.
"I have girlfriends who are porn stars – they live very different lives than me and they do very different things by their own choice," insisted Farrah. "Being a porn star – I do not even feel like it is even right for me to define what that is, but I think I carry myself differently than a porn star."
Yes. Of course. By filming a professional produced porn with a well-known porn star, endorsing a line of sex toys, being paid to party in strip clubs, and writing not one, but three, books about porn, Farrah has really set herself apart from the porn crowd.
"When others are calling me a porn star I do not even think they know what that is, and they are confused," continued Farrah. "I cannot change anybody’s views. I think when other women do phone sex or non-stop sexual acts that is what builds their career. For me, I am more on television, reality TV, I have endorsements, and I am a sex symbol because people think I am sexy, but I’ve done things that many porn stars do not get the opportunity to do. That is what makes me different."
Does Farrah's future include reality TV? "There are some things in progress right now, for Comedy Central and VH1, which will air later this year. Hopefully I'll be working with some other networks, however, it's not my main focus. I like to be a real person and I love understanding how the masses work. Maybe one day I'll try movies and scripted TV, but I don't really like that as much."
For now, Farrah said she's content just being the best mom she can be, which is great if you ask her, to Sophia. "I don't know how people get these confused: I am a very good mom and I take care of my daughter. If somebody were to compare me or judge me as a mom on a day-to-day, they probably would rate me as a 10 out of 10."
Farrah took a minute to set the record straight on another misconception about her: "And me being mean to my parents… I really feel that I'm not mean to my parents. I give them the benefit of the doubt. I definitely just forgive and let go of things and just move on, so I am a great daughter as well."
