Teresa Giudice Pays Tribute To Her Late Father-In-Law With Photos

Teresa Guidice took to Twitter and Instagram to pay tribute to her late father-in-law this weekend. As we previously reported, Joe Giudice's father passed away suddenly on June 18, while at Teresa and Joe's home.

The troubled reality star's crisis manager, Wendy Feldman, told US Weekly that "Joe and his dad were chasing the dog Simba and suddenly Franco fell ill." She also noted that they are focusing on "their family right now, especially the girls."

She started her tribute with, "Thank you all for your prayers…xx." then followed it up with a photo of her husband and his dad sharing a glass of wine and smiling taken just a few weeks ago. "I took this photo of Joe and my Fatherinlaw on Father's Day. We Love you Dad Forever in our [hearts],"

Her oldest daughter Gia also took to Twitter with her own tribute, writing, "Strongest man I know..I love you nonno rest in peace."

In light of the family's devastating loss, Joe and Teresa's sentencing on federal fraud charges has been postponed from July 8 until September 23, 2014.

Back in March the Real Housewives of New Jersey stars plead guilty to a laundry list of challenges, which includes bankruptcy fraud, conspiracy to commit mail fraud and wire fraud, and failing to pay taxes.

Loving Father of Giuseppe Giudice of Towaco, Pietro Giudice of Totowa, and Maria Fazliu of Lincoln Park. Dear son of Maria Losasso of Italy and the late Giuseppe Giudice. Loving Brother of Michelina Giudice and Lina Giudice, both of Italy. Also survived by 11 grandchildren. Born in Sala Consilina, Italy, he came to the United States in 1971 and resided in Paterson, then Lincoln Park and Montville before moving to Totowa. He was a self-employed Mason for F&G Contracting, Totowa. Mr. Giudice was a parishioner of St. James R.C. Church, Totowa and a member of St. Michael's Association, Paterson.

Franco's visitation was last night and the funeral today.
