Lilly Ghalichi has officially said goodbye to Shahs of Sunset – ain’t nobody (successful) got time for that! Watching the new season without Lilly is going to be painful. I wasn’t expecting her to return to the show after her crappy co-stars shunned her last season, but knowing for certain that she’s out still gave me a serious case of the sads.
Lilly confirmed that she would not return back in July. One report said she was cut because she was boring, but Lilly denied that claim and said she chose to leave because it wasn’t a good fit for her. Of course not, Lilly has more class in her pinky than the mean girls, Reza Farahan, Mercedes “MJ” Javid, and Asa Soltan Rahmati, combined.

“My main focus has always been on my businesses – and I am so humbled by and overwhelmed with all my current projects,” Lilly told The Dish about why she left she show. “Being a part of Shahs is something I will never forget. I wish the show and all my former cast members the best.”

I didn’t like Lilly when she showed up as Reza‘s shiny new bestie in season two. Then, the less time she spent with the group during season three, the more I grew to like her. I, for one, will miss Lilly. I would have loved to see her working her projects, enjoying life with fiance Dhar Mann, and planning her wedding.
I’m not even going to bother anymore to hope for a Lilly Ghalichi spinoff. Nope. It won’t happen because Bravo doesn’t like us to have nice things.
