Shooting for Season 5 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills hasn’t even wrapped yet, and already there are drama rumors. Apparently most of the trouble stems from the two new cast members.
Lisa Rinna and Eileen Davidson are the new Housewives in the upcoming season, and so far all they seem to be doing is stirring the pot. According to internet rumors, the two minced words at a party about some dirty looks Eileen had been flashing Lisa for no apparent reason. Tension had been mounting between the two newbies — both former stars of Days of Our Lives — for a while.
Veteran Housewife Kyle Richards, widely considered one of the more even-keeled of the cast, confirmed there was a confrontation, although she wasn’t forthcoming with details. “The stories aren’t accurate, but something did happen. The two new cast members are a very interesting combination!” Richards told OK! Magazine.

Of course, this is far from the first catfight on the show. In Season 4 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Kyle herself had a falling out with fellow Housewife Lisa Vanderpump over rumors about Kyle’s husband Mauricio. The two friends are getting along much better now, though. Kyle told OK!, “That [accusation] was a big part of our issues… she wasn’t being supportive. We went through some hard times, but I think it was a friendship worth working on. It can be difficult to navigate with the cameras and millions of people weighing in, but we’re in a good place.”
Such serenity was doubtless bad news for the show’s producers. Fortunately, Lisa and Eileen have arrived to shake things up again. Both are soap opera veterans so bringing the drama may just be in their blood.
They’re not the only ones stirring the pot, however. Veteran sh**stirrer, Brandi Glanville isn’t taking kindly to the new cast members either, especially Lisa Rinna. A source told the Daily Mail: “Brandi’s problem with Lisa is that she is happily married and has two beautiful daughters. According to Brandi, Lisa has the perfect life, and she is very jealous of that.”
Hope you can wait to see how this plays out. According to sources Season 5 won’t premiere until January, 2015.
