Carole Radziwill is a master of self-reflection and introspection – which is why she’s able to handle the stress of Real Housewives Of New York. At least that’s what she thinks…
“If there was anything I would do now that I never would have done when I was younger, it’s a reality show. I could only do it now because I am so grounded in who I am,” explains Carole. “So there’s no fear that I am suddenly going to become this crazy, screaming lunatic.” Well… maybe not the “screaming” part… Or wait – didn’t Carole grab Aviva Drescher on a flight of stairs over #BookGate?

“There’s humor in it,” adds Carole, “because I really know who I am.”
“Sometimes I take it too seriously and I have to remind myself to put it into perspective and when I do I’m having a good time. I just like to have fun with it.”
‘Having fun with it’ is apparently how Carole describes her never-ending frustration with Luann de Lesseps. Even though Carole has been insisting for months that she’s over their drama, she promises that now she’s, like, really, really over it. And, because she knows herself so well, she knows she means it!
“I’ve come to terms with who Luann is and what our friendship will be,” Carole told People. “I think what happened is that I thought our relationship was something that it wasn’t. And that’s on me. I felt like at a certain point after two seasons on the show, I thought that we were genuinely friends and it didn’t end that well for me.”
“She said incredibly hurtful things that anyone would be upset by, especially from someone you consider a friend. But I kind of reevaluated that and thought, ‘Okay, Carole, this is who she is, and she’s not a bad person.’ So I relate to her differently.”
Fair enough, but I personally stand by my belief that Carole hiding her relationship to Adam from Luann was not a friend-like thing to do either – and it’s also suspicious. Also, after Luann’s textpinotpology, how could you not forgive her?!
Oh, Carole and Adam are still going strong and what she enjoys about dating a younger man – “There’s not a lot of baggage.” Or isn’t there? Because it seems to me Adam came laden down with Countess Collection purses galore!
