As a Real Housewives of New Jersey super fan, I have been very happy for Teresa Giudice’s post-prison reincarnation and I have been hoping that she really learned a lesson when it comes to her finances and abiding by the law.
Well, apparently that is not the case because it looks like the queen of New Jersey has even more legal drama to deal with.

I’m sure that Teresa has a lot going on these days with her reality show, four kids, and other products, but she really needs to prioritize and take care of her legal issues. According to RadarOnline, Teresa is facing contempt of court in regard to her bankruptcy case.
Tre was hit with multiple subpoenas back in June and had until July 13 to produce documents to the court. This included her and Joe Giudice’s state and federal tax returns, joint bank account statements, and employment contracts. She did not come through and a trustee asked for her to be found in contempt of court.
The trustee wants to punish Teresa for her negligence by charging her $1,000 for every day that the documents are not turned in. Damn. This person is really not messing around.
The trustee is also thinking ahead and feels that Teresa is not going to come through for a scheduled examination on July 20 and has asked for her to be fined $1,000 for every day that she does not appear. Wow. So I guess this person really doesn’t have much faith in my girl Tre.
Teresa needs to get her shit together or hire someone who can help her keep track of her mountain of legal issues. It would be a real shame if she ends up not actually learning a lesson and facing time again.
