Predictably Phaedra Parks is keeping a stiff upper lip about Apollo Nida‘s fiancé seeking her 15 minutes of fame attending the opening of Kandi Burruss‘ OLG Restaurant, but even Phaedra speculates if the interloper in their midst was an ambush?
Maybe having Sherien Almufti as a surprise guest was the Real Housewives Of Atlanta star’s birthday present!? Well, Phaedra is glad she spent her birthday with Porsha Williams “instead of being ambushed at the OLG opening!” Ambushed… isn’t that kinda how Apollo claims to feel about the divorce (SARCASM).

“Even though Apollo and I are no longer together, this was disappointing for me to watch,” remarks Phaedra.”Not because of my feelings, but because we have two young and impressionable sons who very much need a positive male role model, and this sort of behavior is not something I would want them to associate with their father.”
Interestingly enough, Phaedra does not mention if she faults Kandi or Todd. Nor does she comment on Kenya Moore‘s cackling and shoddy attempt at investigation into the particulars of Phaedra and Apollo’s divorce.

Instead Phaedra praises her parents for being her “rock” and “a source of love and stability for my sons.”
“Both of my parents are Pastors and believe in the sanctity of marriage, however they understand that things don’t always work out the way we want despite our faith,” Phaedra tells Bravo. “They continue to support me unconditionally and give me the guidance only a parent can provide.” I wish they would guide Phaedra a little better in the swimsuit department! And possibly in the friendship one as well, but Phaedra is sticking by Porsha as her “Frick.”
“Porsha was so thoughtful to put together such a fun girls’ evening for my birthday,” shares Phaedra. “She always lifts my spirits and is very supportive of me. I loved our matching onesies; no matter how old Porsha and I get, we will always be Frick and Frack!”
