Luann de Lesseps [D’Agostino]’s personal life has been in the crosshairs of some of her cast mates’ speculation on The Real Housewives Of New York lately, with her marriage to Tom D’Agostino as the source of most of the chatter. Now, Luann has another family matter to address.
Two weeks ago Luann’s 22-year old daughter, Victoria de Lesseps, was arrested in the Hamptons for a DUI, blowing a .15 on a breathalyzer after being pulled over, then brought into the police station under suspicion of intoxicated driving.

Victoria, pictured above with her brother on Luann’s Instagram along with the caption “Enjoying my kids and family” two days ago, was released on bail the morning after her arrest.
Page Six reports that Victoria was “pulled over almost two weeks ago on Main Street in Sag Harbor, where her mother has a home, for driving without headlights.” The self-described artist failed the breathalyzer – with the legal limit being .08 – and was held at the station overnight.
Victoria has appeared on RHONY over the years, showcasing her art and supporting her mother through her divorce to Victoria’s father, Count Alexandre. This season, Victoria has already been featured in one scene in which she lends a sympathetic ear to Luann as she laments her friends’ lack of support for her (then) upcoming marriage to Tom.

Already lawyered up, Victoria’s attorney Edward Burke Jr. released a statement saying,”I look to defending her vigorously in court.” For now, the court date is set for May 5.
Luann, who’s been accused by some of burying the truth about the messier parts of her life (and what Housewife hasn’t?), may be facing more of a mess as a public figure on a current-run reality show, given this latest incident.
For now, it’s unknown how this family matter will play out in the court of public opinion as season 9 of RHONY plays out on our TV screens. Here’s hoping there have been lessons learned, and that Victoria can move in a more positive direction from here.
