Since becoming a mom and getting married Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi has turned into a different person from the wild child with ten-foot hair we witnessed on Jersey Shore. Now she’s a real-live adulter! However Snooki and her husband Jionni LaValle are not without drama! At least according to the media…
There’s been allegations in the past of Jionni cheating on Snooki, and now come divorce rumors. However, the mother of two denies trouble in paradise and blames people over-analyzing social media to make baseless speculations about her marriage.
“We are totally fine. We don’t post our life on social media, but I love him to death and he’s my best friend and he’s just a little shy so leave him alone,” Snooki orders.
Some of the rumors started when Snooki was spotted without her wedding ring on Jersey Shore Family Vacation – she lost it, but has since found it!
She adds, “I think people worry because we never take pictures together and post on Instagram. He hates pictures, he hates this fame life. He likes to be quiet and reserved, which humbles me. I don’t need to share with the world what me and my husband are going through.” Except Snooki’s job is reality TV star. I mean like permanently… so by definition that doesn’t that include sharing your life?
Far from divorce, Snooki and Jionni are ready to expand their brood. “We are planning to have kids at the end of July. I want two more babies. I’m super excited. We will see.”
Snooki also touched on the Jersey Shore Family Vacation reunion, and reveals that being away from her kids made it hard to let loose. “The whole time I was thinking, ‘What are my kids doing?’ The hardest part was being a mom and trying to enjoy it — knowing that my kids were fine, but the mom guilt was serious.”
However, motherhood also means that Snooki is in a position to parent her friends and forgive them their past wrongs. That means all past drama with Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino is officially over! “He was the worst. Now he’s the best,” she told Us Weekly. “We made a clean slate and started fresh. I think kids humbled me to the point where I stopped worrying about high school drama. He is such a better person, why hold grudges against someone who was f—ked up and had no idea what was going on?
Snooki also shares her most cringe-worthy moment from Jersey Shore: Original Disasters – her too-small wardrobe! Funny, that’s also something I regret seeing. Over and over and over again… “I never regretted my fashion, I just wish I wore it better to my body. I was so fat. It’s like, ‘That doesn’t fit you, stop!’ I just wish I got better sizes.” Jersey Logic: The smaller the hair, the longer the skirts.
