Up until now, Gina Kirschenheiter’s biggest crime was rocking white eye shadow and crimped hair. Last night Gina got pulled over for a traffic violation, but the cops arrested her for driving under the influence.
On the bright side, at least she has a storyline for Season 14 of Real Housewives of Orange County aside from living in a dorm “casita” and talking about a defunct marriage that we never witnessed on camera.
The Blast obtained legal documents from the arrest. The police took Gina to a jail in Santa Ana, California at 3:42 AM on February 1. Then, she was booked and released at 12:02 PM
She has a court appearance scheduled later in February. Will this be a part of Real Housewives of Orange County next season?
Interestingly enough Gina listed her occupation as “unemployed” when she was booked. Did she just not want them to know that she’s a reality TV star so she could avoid the public exposure? Oops.
Nevertheless, she has posted Instagram stories getting facials in preparation for “filming,” so it’s pretty obvious that she will return to the show. Sigh. There’s no better way for a show to come out of a slump than by making zero changes to the cast, right?

Who’s going to use this against Gina next season? My money is on Tamra Judge, but not directly. She’s too experienced for that. The more likely scenario? Tamra gassing up Shannon Beador to go after Gina during a time of weakness. And of course, it’s very realistic that Vicki Gunvalson would jump on this for a storyline as well. They are the “tres amigas, ” after all.
Now, I just want to know what color eyeshadow she was wearing in her mugshot. Hopefully, she wasn’t sporting two different earrings like she did during her on-camera interviews last season.
Jokes aside, it’s a good thing that Gina is safe. Hopefully, she learned a lesson and just uses Uber or a car service funded by RHOC production from this point forward. No one should be getting a DUI. There are no excuses for this.
At this point, Gina has not publicly addressed the arrest. Is she holding out for the show?
