I am sure that I am not the only Real Housewives of Orange County fan that was disappointed by the nap-inducing Season 13. Come on, Bravo! Let’s up the drama! One thing that has been a constant on the show is Shannon Beador and David Beador’s marital struggles. Oh, and Dr. Moon’s treating Shannon with the weirdest newest homeopathic treatments.
During a previous season, RHOC fans watched Shannon struggle to forgive her husband for his infidelities. They attended a couples’ retreat, where one of the exercises was holding a” fake” funeral for Shannon. That was creepy! Maybe Shannon and frenemy Tamra Judge should hit up that retreat to have a faux funeral for their toxic friendship.
In the end, all the surprise birthdays/ vow renewals in the world couldn’t save their doomed relationship. Shannon and David separated in October of 2017 after 17 years of marriage.
US Weekly reports that Shannon has found love again. She is dating Rick Stanley, who is a Comcast executive. A source stated that the Bravo reality star “is happy and in a good place.” According to an article on Radar Online, the couple has been dating for “a few months.” The duo has decided to move slowly, which is probably for the best, and very refreshing in the world of reality television. Shannon has yet to post a photo of her new man.
That’s probably a good thing since Shannon and David are still embroiled in a bitter divorce battle. This split must be one of the worst in Housewives history.

In another article from US Weekly, David alleged in court documents from December 2018, that Shannon’s love of alcohol is “detrimental to the children.” His filing seeks to stop Shannon from drinking alcohol near their daughters. Isn’t it a requirement for Housewives to booze it up, or at least fling drinks at each other?
Shannon fired back with her own filings that same month. She accused David of attempting to “embarrass” her. Shannon also believes that her ex is stalling the divorce, with a source explaining, “He is dragging it out and doing whatever he can so he doesn’t have to pay her out.”
The couple shares three daughters: Sophie, Adeline, and Stella. David is currently dating Lesley Cook. I hope that Shannon’s new relationship will be featured on RHOC. I don’t know if fans can stomach another season of her dark divorce drama.
