Gizelle Bryant Admits She Brought Karen Huger Cookies Just To See If She Lived At Her House

Real Housewives of Potomac is back for Season 4. Most of the ladies are at their peak petty right out of the gate. Mainly, Gizelle Byant and Karen Huger. Gizelle persuaded her daughters to bake cookies for a grieving Karen. Gizelle bombarded Karen with a phone call when she was a few minutes away from her Great Falls home. Obviously, she wanted to catch the Grand Dame off guard while she was on camera.

Karen wasn’t going to fall for that though. During Gizelle’s first call, Karen told her not to come over. When she called again, Karen said that her mysterious friend Matt Byars would meet her at the door instead. In response, Gizelle refused to deal with Matt, who she dislikes for no discernible reason. So what was Gizelle thinking durring what is bound to be labeled as cookiegate?

During a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live, Andy Cohen asked Gizelle, “Were you surprised that she turned you away?” In response, Gizelle told him, “Absolutely. It didn’t make any sense. I just wanted to make sure she lived there and she answered the door.” So she wasn’t there to comfort Karen during a tough time? How shocking.

Later, a fan asked, “Do you think you’re the number one woman in the group?” Surprisingly, Gizelle didn’t just answer “yes.” Instead, she answered, “I wouldn’t say no.” Interesting.

Aside from shading Karen, Gizelle did have some positive things to say during the WWHL episode. She was asked about Robyn Dixon’s confusing relationship with Juan Dixon. Gizelle declared, “I want them married.” Robyn wants the same thing. Clearly.

A skeptical Andy asked, “Do you think that can happen?” Gizelle claimed, “I think so. We’re moving in that direction.” Where have I heard that before? Oh yeah, Seasons 1-3.

Gizelle isn’t a universal fan of reuniting with exes though. When asked about her own ex-husband Pastor Jamal Bryant, Gizelle said, “We’re very close. We have a great relationship, but no. We are not officially back together or anything like that, but we are great friends.” Maybe he will appear on the show one day. Many Real Housewives love hanging out with their ex-husbands. Dolores Catania, Margaret Josephs, and Ramona Singer all come to mind.
