Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudiceâs husband, Joe Giudice, won a small victory while waiting to see if he will be deported to his native Italy. While he is waiting to find out the courtâs final decision, he can stay in the United States but will remain in ICE custody. As you may recall, the couple plead guilty to federal fraud charges, and served staggered prison sentences so that one parent could be at home to care for their daughters.
Joe was taken by ICE after completing his prison sentence. Teresa took their four daughters to visit Joe on May 22 for Joeâs birthday. It was their first time visiting him while Juicy Joe was in ICE custody.
Teresa stunned RHONJ viewers when she admitted at the Season 9 reunion that she and Joe would split if he is deported to Italy. Teresa shared that she didnât want to relocate their daughters. The other Jersey Housewives looked shocked, especially Dolores Catania. So much for the old-school values trumpeted by Teresa and Dolores.
But now Teresa has been spotted out again with a much-younger man, who is allegedly her boyfriend. According to US Weekly, Teresa was seen out with Blake Schreck on June 27. The duo was seen at roof-top cocktail bar R17 in New York City. An eyewitness reports that Blake and Teresa âsat across from each other on the terraceâ at the hot spot. âTeresa was drinking red wine. Blake was drinking a beer. They were laughing a lot together. Blake was making Teresa laugh, and she was giggling,â the source stated. âThey looked very much like a couple on a date.â
While Teresa was interested in staying to see a performance by Charli XCX, Blake wanted to leave the bar. The witness added that Blake said, ââI already called the elevator. Letâs get out of here.ââ While cougar Teresa is 47 years old, New Jersey realtor Blake is just 26 years old.

Teresaâs attorney James J. Leonard Jr., who is certainly kept busy working for the Giudice family, told US Weekly, âThis is a working business relationship between two professionals. They are collectively working on a project that includes other individuals and have been for quite some time,â Leonard stated. âItâs 100 percent strictly business.â
Of course, this isnât the first time that Teresa has been seen out with Blake. US Weekly previously reported that Teresa and Blake were first seen together at Big Pink in Miami on December 31, 2018. A source revealed that âTeresa had her hands on his leg. At points, the two had their hands intertwined, and then the man was rubbing her leg in a romantic way.â
Once again, James J. Leonard, Jr., commented on his clientâs social life. âThey are all friends and have all known each other for a significant period of time. Itâs a night out with friends, nothing more than that,â he said. It certainly sounds friendly!

Then Teresa and Blake popped up in Miami again on February 16, and US Weekly published photos of the twosome holding hands. Once again, Attorney Leonard spoke out to defend Teresa. âThis is a story about someone helping a woman who had some wine and was wearing high heels to her car. Thatâs what you see in those pictures. There is no cheating, no divorce, no scandal and no story,â he told Page Six. I am sure that the supposed couple were discussing real estate while clasping hands.
Only time will tell if Teresa will confirm that she and Blake are dating, or just unusually friendly friends. And that seems like even more bad news for Juicy Joe while he awaits his fate.
