Bethenny Frankel announced her shocking retirement from the Real Housewives of New York. She chose to retire from the popular franchise because she wants to focus on her “upcoming projects.” She may have also dropped a hint about getting married. It’s still unclear and fans aren’t sure what to think.
Since the Skinnygirl is dipping out of the franchise, fans are wondering who could fill the void. It’s been rumored that Jill Zarin could return to the series. She has nothing else going on. And she seems thirsty enough to return to the show. Jill has made it very clear that she would return to RHONY at some point.
There could be a reason behind her madness. Jill has been promoting her new lifestyle brand, Jill Zarin Rugs. She has to promote it somehow. She dropped hints to HollywoodLife about her rumored return. Jill also didn’t take long to talk about her brand, which is a line of bath, bedding, towels, and kitchen items. She teased, “You’ll have to watch and see what happens.”
In the interview, Jill made it clear that she wouldn’t mind replacing Bethenny. She said, ” I will cross that bridge if it happens.” Of course she would. Jill added, “I’m open to all opportunities that come to me. I always say, say yes to everything; Or, you know, at least try to do everything and if it would work, if it could work out, sure.”

It doesn’t look like this opportunity fell into Jill’s lap. It looks like Jill is trying to find an opportunity for herself. She’s well aware of how successful the B girl was after she launched her Skinnygirl brand. Thankfully, we don’t have to deal with any more Skinnygirl crap.
But, Jill wants to make a conscious decision to return to the show. One reason to return is because of her friendship with Luann de Lesseps, one thing that Bethenny doesn’t have. Unlike Bethenny, Jill is still very close to Luann and the other castmates on the show. So, she doesn’t see why she can’t return.

Luann already revealed her thoughts about a possible Jill return in the Instagram comments section. She posted an albeit short but sweet message to Bethenny. One fan responded: “We need Jill to come back!” Luann responded with a simple “amen.” So, there ya go. Luann thinks Jill would be good for the show.
