This weekend is the first ever BravoCon. I have to admit that it sounds like a lot of fun. Tickets for the event went on sale in August and sold out immediately. Three days of all your favorite Bravo reality stars from all your favorite shows. The convention is featuring panels, photo ops, live shows and more. There is even going to be a Real Housewives Museum with photos, dresses worn at the reunions and Housewives memorabilia. Maybe Real Housewives of New York’s Aviva Drescher’s famously tossed prosthetic leg will make a guest appearance!
Bravo fans attending the event will also be able to try a special product inspired by one of the network’s favorite stars. Vanderpump Rules’ Lisa Vanderpump is being honored with a sparkling rosé that will debut at BravoCon.
Us Weekly reports that Pepsi will be serving a limited-edition, zero-calorie drink called Pepsi Sparkling Rosé inspired by Lisa and Bravo at the event. The rosé name is a bit misleading as the product is non-alcoholic, but it was created with a pale pink color reminiscent of rosé wine. The rosé-flavored cola is described as a “light and bubbly take on wine without the alcohol.”
The press release states, “With its light pink hue, effervescence notes of a crisp champagne, Pepsi Sparkling Rosé will delight consumers with its sophisticated yet refreshing taste, bringing Bravo fans right back to hot summer days.” Who doesn’t want to go back to hot summer days in November–sign me up!

What does Queen Lisa think about this special honor? She shared, “It’s no secret that I love rosé, so when Pepsi told me they were creating a non-alcoholic Pepsi Rosé just for me and my fans at BravoCon I was touched. I think it’s extraordinary that Pepsi created something especially for BravoCon and the crisp and bubbly flavor of their non-alcoholic rosé is delicious.”
Why do I get the feeling that Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars Kyle Richards, Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave and Dorit Kemsley, who are reportedly attending BravoCon, will not be partaking of the delicious drink? I hope Bravo puts several bottles–personally autographed by Lisa–in each of their celebrity gift bags!

How did the rosé come about? Todd Kaplan, vice president of marketing for Pepsi explained, “We created Pepsi Sparkling Rosé to give the fans something extra special to enhance their BravoCon experience and for a Real Housewives icon like LVP to give it her stamp of approval is truly awesome.”
There will be a Pepsi Sparkling Rosé branded bar that will be a part of the Watch What Happens Live set. Lisa is expected to be one of the guests on a special one-hour edition of WWHL that will be airing on Sunday.

Bravo fans will also get a chance to try the drink at the Vanderpump Rules after party. Jax Taylor, Stassi Schroeder, Tom Sandoval, and others are slated to attend.
