At this point, I feel like the Real Housewives should just stay away from Palm Beach County. Nothing good ever happens to a Real Housewife in Palm Beach. Just ask Luann de Lesseps.
Former Real Housewives of New York cast member Jules Wainstein was arrested over the weekend after she (allegedly) attacked her soon-to-be-ex-husband Michael Wainstein. Jules was a less-than-memorable one-season cast member. However, she’s made some interesting headlines ever since her exit from RHONY, thanks to her increasingly nasty divorce from Michael. Just like Meghan Edmonds, Jules is a lot more interesting now than she ever was when she was on camera as a Real Housewife.
Page Six was the first publication to report the news of Jules‘ arrest. She was booked for battery on Sunday, Feb. 23 in Palm Beach County’s main detention center. And, apparently, the alleged incident went down in front of the two kids that she and Michael have together.
At this point, it’s not clear what happened between the two acrimonious exes, but it’s bound to be public fodder in the near future.

Today, both Jules and Michael appeared in court. She has an arraignment scheduled for March 16.
Michael’s lawyer, Morghan Richardson told Page Six, “This is a serious situation reflecting Ms. Wainstein’s increasingly reckless behavior that unfortunately took place in front of the kids.”

His attorney added, “The children were released to Michael’s custody yesterday and he is most concerned about protecting them.” Additionally, “Michael is exploring all of his legal options at this time.” This includes the protective order he has obtained against Jules. Her attorney has not responded to requests for comment.
These poor children. It seems like the drama between Jules and Michael is just never-ending.
