There are a lot of sad new stories right now because of this awful coronavirus pandemic. However, there are some people who have done positive things in response to this horrible virus.
Real Housewives of New York alum Bethenny Frankel has stepped up in a major way, again. Bethenny’s BStrong foundation and its supporters have come through to give healthcare workers the supplies that they desperately need right now.
Bethenny shared updates about her coronavirus relief efforts on Instagram. In one post, she wrote: MISSION #1: Deliver 1 MILLION biohazard hazmat water resistant full body protective suits in 22 trucks to the New York State Government @nygovcuomoand the @nysdoh – MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!” ONE MILLION SUITS? That is unbelievable. We need Bethenny to run for some sort of public office.
Bethenny shared, “We are doing everything in our power to help health care workers who have been risking their lives everyday to save ours.”

In another social media update, the RHONY OG wrote, “MISSION #2: Deliver 50K biohazard hazmat water resistant full body protective suits to the state of Louisiana @louisiana_gov.” That is also amazing and much-needed. The group wasn’t done though. They managed to give even more.
Mission number three involved a lot. First off, BStrong delivered “5,000 KN95 NIOSH masks, 10,000 surgical masks, and 100 #CoronaKits to both UCLA and Cedars Sinai.” Los Angeles, like New York City, is a hot zone for the virus. BStrong’s contributions will maje a major impact.

Additionally, the foundation shipped 15,000 masks to NYU Langone Hospital, 7,500 masks to Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, 7,500 masks to Mount Sinai Hospital, 10,000 masks to Mass. General Hospital, 7,500 masks to Newton Wellesley, and 5,000 masks to Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
Bethenny concluded her post with “MISSIONS ACCOMPLISHED! Updates on the next #Bstrong and @globalempowermentmissionmissions is forthcoming. Please continue to donate to #Bstrong to support hospitals, medical facilities, and clinics who can not support themselves. These doctors and nurses are warriors on the frontlines fighting for our lives.”
