Teddi Mellencamp Addresses Backlash About Her All In Diet Plan

Teddi Mellencamp has been on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for three seasons too long. The only interesting thing we’ve seen her do is vacillate from helping Lisa Vanderpump takedown Dorit Kemsleyto actually helping take down LVP. Other than that, we’ve seen her “be chill” and talk about some made up accountability coaching job. Seriously, how are you John Mellencamp’s daughter and this uncool?

It seems that producers are wondering this too. On RHOBHthis season we barely saw scenes from her life at home. Maybe she was hoping for more camera time by trying to force Denise Richards to be accountable. Now, it looks like Teddi will have to hold herself accountable for pretending to have health expertise.

Teddi is addressing rumors on Instagramabout her All in by Teddi accountability program. In an overexposed, close up video, she says, “For one, I wanted to say I love All in. I am so incredibly proud of the over 15,000 lives we’ve helped change…. I love all our coaches. I love that I wake up every day feeling good about what I do.” Do you love it, Teddi?

To catch you up, people have been posting screenshots to Instagram from their experiences with All In. They are not a good look for TeddiAccording to Champagne and Shade, Teddi’s program, “is more like an abusive relationship via text with a stranger that yells at you about carbs.” Ouch.  Champagne and Shade reports that her program is, “incredibly suspicious” and has “members sign an NDA when signing up.” Is that normal?

Teddi’s program, according to Champagne and Shade, “allegedly allows for about 600-1000 calories a day,” and “photos of every meal.” People also have to send in proof of a “60-minute cardio session,” and if they don’t, they can, “get kicked out of the program without any sort of refund.” People are also paying, “around $700 to start and $150 a week after that,” to eat nothing. This sounds like a promotion for unhealthy eating and extreme dieting.

“I 100% feel confident in the fact that we let you know before signing up exactly what the program entails,” Teddi continues in the video. “If it’s something you want to do and you want us to hold you accountable to your goals, we are there to do that for you. If it’s not something you want to sign up for, you don’t.” Okay, so if people are looking to Teddi, a self-proclaimed health and wellness expert, for help living better, then it’s on them for being treated terribly?

Ironically, Teddi shows zero accountability for her actions in the video. She concludes with more word salad: “That’s why I love that we are very transparent from the beginning. We believe in you. We will fight for you and we know that the best is yet to come.”

Teddi puts on the front that she has the expertise to help people navigate weight loss and dieting. But all she really has is experience losing weight. As Champagne and Shade write, “there seem to be no nutritionists around, no doctors to ask for help, and no one with any real education on the subject helping the clients.”

On top of this, Teddi appears to be deleting comments off of her Instagram post. What’s really going on here? And why is the accountability coach not being accountable?
