Kenya Moore, we see you having a great day. Seemingly overnight, news about Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams has broken the internet. Yesterday Porsha revealed a brand new chapter of her love life, straight out of a Jackie Collins book. The Hot Dog King has been returned to his bun to make way for… The Oil Guy.
The Oil Guy is Falynn’s Guobadia’s ex-husband, Simon Guobadia. As you know, RHOA featured Falynn this season, along with Simon, who is now engaged to Porsha. Yesterday Porsha dropped a bomb that she has a brand new ring, courtesy of her newish man. Both Simon and Porsha confirmed their love, stating their affair of the heart began about 4 weeks ago. Fans are side-eyeing the timeline, because we aren’t idiots, and some interesting social media posts have resurfaced. Now that we’re talking about the soon-to-be-ex-husband, let’s talk about the boat.
Now I ain’t sayin’ she’s a gold digger… Sorry, I’m just singing some Kanye West who is coincidentally playing on my radio right now, and not at all referencing Porsha’s choice of men. She definitely has a type though. After a harrowing relationship with Dennis McKinley, that included a ring, a child, and attempts at co-habitation, Dennis just couldn’t quit cheating on Porsha. Their relationship ultimately fizzled out, but it wasn’t for lack of beating a dead horse.
Other cast members were having similar luck in the love department. Kenya is divorcing that asshole Marc Daly. Drew Sidora can’t locate her spouse without a GPS tracking device, and Falynn’s husband filed a petition to end their marriage. While several of her co-workers suffered over lost loves, Porsha took a vaycay. In January, Porsha found herself on a boat in Turks & Caicos, tripping the light fantastic. She posted a video to Instagram, showing some sultry dance moves whilst sipping a glass of wine. But you guys, WHO IS DRIVING THE BOAT?

Could… could it be?? Simon is not tagged in Porsha’s clip and hey, there are many African American bald men in the world. Obviously the gentleman piloting the vessel could be someone else entirely, but viewers are clocking this and calling shenanigans. One commenter wrote, “Yes Porsha and Simon were together at this point and he was very much still married!!!” Another viewer pointed out this was allegedly the same weekend Simon filed for divorce – but this was January 4th and Simon’s divorce papers weren’t filed until February 19.
Much of Season 13 revolved around Cynthia Bailey’s escalando bachelorette party featuring Bolo, the exotic dancer Porsha may or may not have had extra curricular activities with. But maybe Porsha’s thot, I mean, thought process was in a completely different direction. Fun fact, Simon was also on the South Carolina trip of debauchery. If it turns out that Porsha has been with Simon for longer than “a month”, is it fair to ponder maybe she wasn’t with Bolo after all?
