A huge allure of the Real Housewives when it first premiered in Orange County was the elaborate homes. The opulence, the size, the furnishings, the amenities, and the views. The Real Housewives of Orange County was marketed as a “look behind the gates,” and featured some fantastic homes. But the franchise spread its wings, and drew in cast members with even greater means, so interestingly, none of the original housewives made the list of the top ten most expensive homes.
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills homes dominate. Not exactly a surprise, being that it’s one of the wealthiest zip codes in America. But there are some revelations on this list and favorite alums to reconnect with.
The NY Post came up with, and published this tally. Number ten is a Real Housewives of New York fan favorite. It’s Ramona Singer’s Hamptons home, valued at 6.43 million. The house features six bedrooms and five and a half baths, just enough room to house the RHONY brood, and an extra suite in the basement that no one wants to stay in. The location is everything. Ramona’s house is waterside and has a pool, the same one that Leah McSweeney went skinny-dipping in after trashing the lawn with tiki torches.
Teddi Mellencamp comes “all in” at number nine. The fired and re-hired RHOBH star owns a 6.49 million home in Encino, California. It’s newly constructed with seven bedrooms and seven and a half baths where Teddi can stay active on the four hole golf course or basketball court.
After tragically losing her home in the 2018 Woolsey fires, Camille Grammer Meyer rebuild a 6.55 million dollar estate with her husband David Meyer. The RHOBH alum called the process a “nightmare,” but is now enjoying a seven bedroom and thirteen bath house that boasts a wine cellar and ballroom. Very family Von Trapp.

Sutton Stracke isn’t making friends on RHOBH, but at least she’s number seven on this list. Her Bel Air mansion is valued at 7.9 million. It’s currently being renovated, so Sutton is renting from Kyle Richards. But once Sutton is back where she belongs, she’ll have an infinity pool and a home theater to enjoy.
Kyle, of course, has another mansion live in. Her Encino, California home worth 8.25 million is number six. There are no public pictures inside the home, but it’s known to have seven bedrooms and eight baths. After enduring a traumatic burglary, it seems Kyle and husband Mauricio Umanksy want to be private about their new digs.
Another RHOBH cast member’s Encino, California home makes the list. Dorit Kemsley’s 9.5 million dollar estate is number five. She and husband PK Kemsley are looking for a buyer so they can find a larger space to, “run their businesses from home.” It seems very Dorit, with a modern touch and clean lines.
Ramona’s cast mate Sonja Morgan is the only other New Yorker on the list. Of course, THE TOWNHOUSE is on the list. THE TOWNHOUSE is an institution. Despite the reputation of Sonja’s parties, her sex-capades, her interns, and all the repairs that had to be done, it’s valued at 10.75 million. In New York, greenery is priceless, and the townhouse has a courtyard and an outdoor upper terrace.

Our number three star has been on two Bravo hit reality shows. Of course it’s Lisa Vanderpump with her 11.6 million dollar estate in Beverly Hills darling. The views are everything, and this house brings it with over-sized steel windows. In my opinion, any house that had Kyle skulking out the front door in disgrace is priceless.
Erika Girardi has moved out of the next house, but she’s still getting credit for number two. The house has now been involuntarily placed for sale due to the Tom Girardi’s bankruptcy filing amid alleged embezzlement allegations. It’s worth 13 million and situated in Pasadena, California.
And finally, our number one Real Housewives home. The 21 million home that plastic surgery built. It’s Heather Dubrow with her custom designed Newport Beach mansion. RHOC fans saw the early construction when Heather was still on the show. The final touches include a $1 million dollar theater lit onyx bar with two beer taps and a 28 foot tall foyer.
