We made it through another season of Shahs of Sunset and I’m going to be honest, this one was disappointing. Last season was too, but it ultimately centered around such an explosive argument, it was anything but boring in the end. All we could talk about was Mercedes “MJ” Javid and longtime frenemy (yes, I would call them that), Reza Farahan’s issues. After Reza screamed at MJ about her private health information in front of an entire pool party, you would think it was over. But no, this season, they tried to rebuild again. Even with Reza’s restraining order against MJ’s husband, Tommy Feight. Which I still don’t think Reza should have pressed charges for Tommy trashing some backyard plants but that’s a story for another day.
Aside from the Reza and MJ rebuilding, the majority of this season revolved around the perennial playboy of the show, Mike Shouhed. Despite having longterm girlfriend Paulina Ben-Cohen, Mike just can’t seem to take himself off the playing field. This all came to light when Mike was busted for inappropriate (to say the least) texts to other women. While some of Mike’s friends didn’t exactly care, Reza led the charge of questioning Mike’s authenticity. Which despite my hatred for Reza, is understandable. They’ve been through this how many times with Mike now?
Anyway, Mike recently appeared on Watch What Happens Live to air out some grievances, which involved his feelings on Reza. Host Andy Cohen asked, “If Reza were to apologize to you about one thing, what would you most want him to apologize for?”

Mike took a big sigh and responded, “For being a backstabber.” Andy asked, “You feel he’s a backstabber?” Mike explained, “Yes. Our relationship is very much like a rollercoaster. When we love, we love really hard and when he wants to go after me, he cuts deep and says things that are just like, hard to forgive.”
I am not the biggest Mike fan but you have to admit that he’s right. Reza does say unforgivable things. And when he wants to come after someone on the cast, there is no stopping him. He even employs other cast members to gang up on his target. He does it season after season. Now the real question is, when will the other Shahs learn from this? Here’s hoping Mike does.
