After only three weeks of motherhood, Alli Dore from Season 2 of Below Deck Sailing Yacht has proven she has already earned her Mama Bear Badge. The former 3rd Stewardess’ new #1 duty is not only taking care of her baby boy but also calling out the classless morons who had the nerve to throw out some cruel comments on social about her babe.
Some may remember Alli on Bravo’s second spin-off of Below Deck as she sailed the stunning Croatian coast in a love triangle with First Officer Gary King and Deckhand Sydney Zaruba. Gary smugly seemed to keep letting the pendulum swing back and forth between Sydney and Alli with hookups and and confessions of feels – with an intermission that included an Alli and 2nd Stewardess Dani Soares night in the master cabin. But that’s all Parsifal III history, as Alli and Dani are now both engrossed in being mommies.
Alli, the Australian native, no longer has time for bestie lovefest nights or for squabbling over a man-boy who slept with his underling almost immediately after boarding. Instead, she is busy shutting down the monsters who have the audacity to talk nasty about her precious and adorbs baby boy, River George, who was born prematurely on August 26 and spent several weeks in NICU.
“Really sick that people will still troll a newborn baby of photos in hospital. I don’t care what is said about me but multiple people making fun of my baby’s tubes, are there no limits?” Alli recently wrote in an Instagram Story after River was the subject of negative comments online. Alli said, “When will this type of behaviour be made a law? Bullying and verbal assault on the internet is still verbal assault. I’m certainly not the first person who has thought this and sadly will not be the last. Time for some change!”
The new family made up of Mama Bear, Boyfriend, Benny Thompson, and River celebrated leaving the hospital Wednesday, Sept. 15 and Mama wrote on Insta “All our hard work paid off and the last of his tubes are gone, which means HOME TIME,” while posing with River in her arms. “So proud of my little fighter!”
And so are we Mama. We are all TEAM RIVER. We are proud of River’s strength, as well as yours. Keep it up and keep us posted.
