Season 7 of Bachelor in Paradise was a crazy and messy thrill-ride. Pieper James and Brendan Morais had a relationship before Paradise. Brendan was stringing along Natasha Parker until Pieper arrived. Pieper asked Brendan on a date immediately, and the couple chatted about how they could increase their social media followers. Ahh…true love.
Maurissa Gunn was forced to deal with slut-shamers after she hooked up with Riley Christian on their first date. Seriously, people? Stop the slut-shaming. And by the way, the couple left Paradise engaged.
Joe Amabile, affectionately dubbed “Grocery Store Joe” proposed to Serena Pitt, and she accepted. Joe’s former girlfriend, Kendall Long, popped up to try and get closure win him back. After all, they fell in love during Season 5 of BIP. Awkward!
Tia Booth hit the beach and went on several dates. She went on a volleyball date with Kenny Braasch, where the players were mostly naked. Right up Kenny’s alley! Unfortunately for Tia, Kenny decided to go back to Mari Pepin-Solis. Kenny and Mari also left Paradise engaged.
Tia dated Blake Monar, James Bonsall, and Aaron Clancy. In the Season 7 BIP finale, Aaron abruptly dumped Tia. James and Aaron decided to follow their hearts, and their bro-mance, back to San Diego to be roomies. I honestly didn’t see that one coming.
So, Tia left the beach alone. According to Page Six, Tia has a new man. On October 18, 2021, Tia shared a video montage of her relationship with Taylor Mock on Instagram. She wrote, “Not gonna lie – it’s been nice keeping this to myself, but it’s about time y’all know too.” I’m guessing Taylor makes her vagina dance. You go, girl!

Some members of Bachelor Nation weighed in on Tia’s good news in the comments. JoJo Fletcher posted, “Umm, yes girl!!! So happy for you.” Raven Gates wrote, “Finally” with heart emojis. Kaitlyn Bristowe, who co-hosts The Bachelorette, added some heart-eyed emojis.
Blake Horstmann said, “Omg love it.” Several cast members from Season 7 of BIP added their stamp of approval. Becca Kufrin, who is Blake’s ex remarked, “We approve. We’ll get those double dates lined up soon.” Natasha Parker commented, “Sooo cute.” Kendall wrote, “The cutest loves,” and added a heart-eye and fire emoji. “Love to see it!” Riley posted. And Serena said, “adorable!” with some heart-eyed emojis.
Taylor also shared some photos with Tia on his Instagram. “It’s hard to put into words how you truly feel about someone you love. I guess I’ll keep it as simple as I’ve never felt more alive than when I’m with you,” he stated.
Tia first appeared on The Bachelor in Arie Luyendyk Jr.’s season where she made it to week 8. One of Becca’s suitors during Season 14 of The Bachelorette was Colton Underwood. It was revealed that Tia and Colton had previously been in a relationship. During Season 5 of BIP, Colton and Tia decided to give their romance another try before ultimately going their separate ways. Colton became The Bachelor, and later came out as gay.
