Lala Kent has never been one to hold back. And the Vanderpump Rules star isn’t going to start anytime soon. Following her messy break up with ex-fiance Randall Emmett, Lala has a few things to get off her chest. Especially since he made a fool of her by getting caught partying and cheating (allegedly). All while she was home with their daughter.
The fallout was swift and quick. Despite being “blindsided”, Lala took to the podcast they previously shared to talk about her feelings. She stated at the time, “Unfortunately, for me, my head has been in the sand. I don’t know how the f–k I didn’t see a lot of this s–t.” She added, “The second that I felt unsafe — I said this in therapy — I said, ‘The second I get a pit in my stomach, it’ll be a different conversation.’ I got that pit and I got the f–k out. No questions asked. Buh-bye.”
Now Page Six is reporting that Lala is seemingly coming to more realizations about her relationship. In her Instagram stories, Lala posted a graphic titled “Why Narcissists Are Difficult To Trust.” She added her own text that said, “so on point.” While the post didn’t name Randall specifically, there’s no doubt that’s who she is referring to.
The graphic goes on to describe how narcissists live double lives. They are “snake-like, venomous, and devious behind closed doors.” They are also “master manipulators who destroy lives.” It went on, “Most importantly, they don’t have an identity and that explains everything. They morph into a reflection of you to receive fuel, meaning they do not really really exist as true personalities like we do. So if someone has no identity, how can that person be trusted to begin with.”

The posts original caption stated, “Trusting a narcissist is impossible. Your trust will always be broken and inevitably, we always try to find reasons to trust them again. It’s a vicious cycle and we always come out worse off.”
While I originally thought they might get back together, Lala has made it clear that’s not happening. When the news broke, she immediately moved out and scrubbed all of her social media of Randall. She even changed the tattoo she had of his name. And if Randall had any shot of winning her back, that went out the window when his alleged messages to other women were leaked on social media.
Either way, it looks like Lala isn’t looking back. And as much as I want to say “she made her bed…” I am proud of her for not allowing herself to be treated this way. Lala has been humbled and I hope she has learned an important lesson, one that she will hopefully pass on to her daughter one day.
