Larsa Pippen took a lot of heat this season on Real Housewives of Miami. First, for her OnlyFans account, which the ladies seemed first judgmental and then jealous of. Next, she was skewered by castmate Adriana De Moura for her appearance. Which Adriana insisted was fake. At a tense dinner with the cast, Adriana yelled at Larsa, “You left this group of women, come back with a butt as big as Kim Kardashian’s, trying to become the new Kim Kardashian, which you’re never going to be.”
So naturally, the topic of Larsa’s posterior came up at the RHOM reunion. Which isn’t exactly something new. Host Andy Cohen is known for kicking off reunions by asking what work the housewives have done. As reported by Page Six, Larsa faced some disbelief when she went into what she’s had done. Or more importantly, what she hasn’t had done. When asked, Larsa said, “I’ve had my nose done. I’ve had my lips done. And that’s basically it.” She then added that she also had her breasts done.
Andy pressed about her butt to which Larsa firmly denied with a “no.” Instead of a butt lift or implants, Larsa attributed it to exercise and gaining weight. She explained, “I literally work out seven days a week.” She continued, “If I show you my photos from five years ago, I was less than 100 pounds. I’m 140 pounds now, so yeah, my legs look thicker than they were, my arms look thicker than they were. My whole body has changed. … My body’s tight because I work out.” When they cut to Adriana, her eyes were practically rolled into the back of her head.

But Larsa insisted that she doesn’t have any issues with plastic surgery. She told the group that she will do whatever makes her “feel good.” Larsa confessed, “I feel like I’m very progressive. I’m into trends, and I feel like whatever makes me feel good and look good, I’m willing to do. I’m that person.” She concluded, “I’m very happy with the way I look.”
Larsa isn’t the only one on the cast who was called out for her enhanced look. Lisa Hochstein, who is married to well-known Miami plastic surgeon, was in the hot seat for her use of fillers. She admitted on Twitter, “I’m very aware I had too much filler in my face. I’ve removed a lot of it since we wrapped. I was addicted. Thankfully it can be reversed. So there.”
