You can’t make it through a season of Love is Blind without some major heartbreak. Unfortunately for Marshall Glaze, he might be Season 4’s biggest casualty. Fans followed him and Jackelina “Jackie” Bonds from the pods into the “real world,” where their connection quickly fizzled. Then, once former pod dater Josh Demas re-entered the picture, Marshall and Jackie called it quits.
We all have a slight case of whiplash from watching Marshall and Jackie’s relationship fall apart the way it did. But, according to People, Marshall doesn’t have any hard feelings. Instead, he’s just chilling and licking his wounds.
“Everything happened for a reason,” Marshall said in a recent interview. “And I have no ill will or wish harm on anyone. Life is too short to go about holding grudges or anything.”
Marshall explained how he doesn’t “have any feelings” towards Jackie or Josh because of their relationship. The newly eligible bachelor explained, “If that’s truly what makes them happy, great for them.” He added, “Obviously, was not the best choice for me. And I’m definitely grateful for the experience, nonetheless.”

Marshall might not have any “ill will” towards Jackie and Josh, but the fans certainly do. There’s enough ill will that Jackie felt compelled to speak up on Instagram. In a recent post, she clarified the timeline of events surrounding their breakup. According to Jackie, she and Marshall broke up before her coffee date with Josh. She blamed the show’s editing for making it look like she ended the engagement after her romantic date with Josh.
Either way, Marshall’s time on Love is Blind didn’t quite go as well as he had hoped. Still, he told People that he doesn’t regret how things happened. He’s even been chatting with Josh since filming wrapped.
Marshall explained, “I feel like Josh is definitely one of those who, in the men’s lounge, I feel like I gravitated towards. And I think back to those interactions, and that good outweighs the bad.” He continued, “And so, I put that first and forget the rest. Water under the bridge.”
Even in the face of defeat, Marshall is a class act. Let’s go ahead and start the petition to get him on Perfect Match Season 2. We need to see this man find love.
