The 90 Day Fiancé franchise has seen many successful couples, although it has also seen its fair share of unsuccessful ones. 2023 saw numerous 90 Day Fiancé breakups, some of which were more predictable than others. It is not clear exactly when all of these couples broke up, but we learned about their split sometime in 2023. Unfortunately, this year was curtains for the following couples.
Amanda & Razvan
Amanda Wilhelm and Razvan Ciocoi were a breakout couple on 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days Season 6, but unfortunately did not last long. The former couple had a strong bond online, but when they met in person they quickly realized their differences. Amanda compared Razvan to her late husband, which understandably caused him a lot of hurt. At the Tell All, Amanda revealed that Razvan broke things off with her shortly after she returned to America.
Riley & Violet
Riley Diego and Violet Tuyet were another Before The 90 Days Season 6 couple that failed to make it. After traveling to Vietnam, Riley struggled to find common ground with Violet during their trip. Later on, she claimed that she was pregnant, although Riley believes that she was lying to him about this. During the Tell All, Riley emphasized that he and Violet were no longer together, but added that she would be coming to America to visit him soon. Interesting.
Christian & Cleo
Christian Allgood and Cleo surprised fans at the Before The 90 Days Season 6 Tell All by revealing they were still together, but not for long. Shortly after the Tell All aired, Cleo shared that she and Christian were no longer together. While it is sad to see them not work out, it is not surprising based on what viewers saw of their relationship on-screen. The former couple just did not seem compatible, with Christian being an extrovert while Cleo is very introverted.
Jen & Rishi
Jen Boecher and Rishi Singh‘s relationship status confused fans after 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way Season 4, but was recently cleared. At the end of the season, Jen left India and told Rishi their relationship was over. However, at the Tell All Jen admitted that they talked a little since then. Recently, however, the two announced their breakup on social media. Jen suggested that Rishi is now dating another 90 Day Fiancé cast member, but did not say who.
Julio & Kirsten
Julio Moya and Kirsten Schoemaker were one of the first couples introduced on The Other Way Season 5, but they did not last long. Kirsten traveled to America to meet Julio’s family, since he planned on moving to the Netherlands to be with her. However, when Kirsten returned home, Julio dropped the bomb that he had decided not to move and broke up with her instead. Kirsten was visibly blindsided and heartbroken, which made this breakup hard to watch!
Kalani & Asuelu
Kalani Faagata and Asuelu Pulaa were one of the more surprising 90 Day Fiancé breakups of 2023. The former couple gave their relationship one final shot during 90 Day: The Last Resort, but ultimately, it was just not meant to be. Kalani revealed that Asuelu had cheated on her about a dozen times during their marriage, and there was just no coming back from that.
At the end of The Last Resort, Kalani told Asuelu that she wanted a divorce, but still wanted to remain friends. The mom of two has since moved on to a new man, Dallas, whom she seems to be really happy with! It is great to see Kalani and Asuelu still be friends to co-parent their two sons, and we truly wish them the best.
Molly & Kelly
Molly Hopkins and Kelly Brown also tried to save their relationship on The Last Resort, but just were not able to. After retiring from the police force, Kelly moved to Georgia permanently to be closer to Molly. However, after Kelly’s retirement, Molly felt differently about him and was not happy with his lack of motivation.
At the resort, Molly was notably distant from Kelly which quickly frustrated him. After Molly told the therapists she felt their relationship had run its course, she and Kelly both left the excursion early. The former couple left on amicable terms, and even shared a hug before leaving separately.
