Unshakable Real Housewives BFFs

Within each Real Housewives series, genuine friendships exist. To be clear, not everyone is tight. This franchise needs drama, and that doesn’t arrive when everyone’s close. However, despite the antics seen in some of these casts, best friends have still emerged.

Whether these pairings have stood firm together against their co-stars, bonded over similar personalities, or simply just appeared as a shoulder to cry on when life grew hard, these rare friendships have been a breath of fresh air for their specific series. No matter what, these friends have spoken honestly to each other, while also forgiving any indiscretions that have formed. Basically, their alliances are, or were, real. On this, here are the top unshakable Real Housewives BFFs on Bravo to date.

For the record, Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 4 will determine whether or not the newly patched friendship between Heather Gay and Whitney Rose remains. Therefore, these on-again, off-again besties will only receive this honorable mention here, for now.

Brandi Redmond and Stephanie Hollman

Back when Real Housewives of Dallas existed, the goofy friendship between Brandi Redmond and Stephanie Hollman created many lighthearted scenes. With a friendship that formed long before RHOD ever came a-knocking, this pairing was genuine. On-air, Brandi supported Stephanie’s mental health journey. In turn, Stephanie stuck by Brandi’s side through an adoption, and also, when Brandi’s husband was proven to be unfaithful.

Real Housewives of Dallas deserves a second chance, if you ask us. We’d love to see these ladies’ antics on our screens again. Either way, these two former Real Housewives remain BFFs.

Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge

Throughout Real Housewives of Orange County‘s history, Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge have held a close friendship. Don’t get me wrong, these ladies fight like sisters. However, they always find their way back to each other when it matters the most. To date, these Real Housewives are still BFFs, whooping it up every chance they can get.

Gina Kirschenheiter and Emily Simpson

Gina Kirschenheiter and Emily Simpson are also besties on RHOC. When they were both hired on in Season 13, they bonded over tacos and their shared newbie status. They’ve remained tight throughout Gina’s divorce and DUI, as well as in multiple cast conflicts. We love their mutual support of each other, and we hope that these two Real Housewives remain BFFs.

Kandi Burruss and Kenya Moore

Kandi Burruss and Kenya Moore have built a tight friendship, both on Real Housewives of Atlanta and off. “Kandi Yams,” Kenya’s nickname for Kandi, has often stood up for Kenya, and she remained by her side throughout a divorce as well. When Kenya appeared on Kandi’s Speak On It show, their banter showed just how like-minded and real their pairing was. We love a solid Real Housewives BFFs, and we think that Kandi’s and Kenya’s takes the cake for RHOA.

Sonja Morgan and Luann de Lesseps

Watch What Happens Live/YouTube

Sonja Morgan and Luann de Lesseps were one of the greatest duos found on the original Real Housewives of New York. Their hysterical (albeit completely out of touch with anyone residing below 57th street) scenes on RHONY made them the perfect casting choice for Bravo’s new series, Welcome to Crappie Lake.

On air, Sonja walked through Luann’s divorce and arrest with her pal, making things light like only she can. We hope to see Welcome to Crappie Lake getting a second season, so that these two former Real Housewives can continue to not take life so seriously together as BFFs.

Alexia Echevarria and Marysol Patton

Watch What Happens Live/YouTube

Alexia Echevarria and Marysol Patton both starred in the original Real Housewives of Miami back in 2011. When the revival of RHOM occurred in 2021, they rejoined filming together, side-by-side, like the besties that they’ve always been. Then, when an opportunity to film Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Season 3 arose, Alexia and Marysol said yes, and despite the tensions that formed between the two while in Thailand, their history bonded them, and they returned to Miami intact. These two Real Housewives will likely remain tight for life.

Guerdy Abraira and Dr. Nicole Martin

Elsewhere on RHOM, Guerdy Abraira and Nicole Martin are also best friends. While Guerdy courageously battled breast cancer this year, Nicole remained by her side, which we know Guerdy appreciated, as receiving love in dark times is life.

Online, this duo often declares their love and appreciation of the other, such as on birthdays, and also while enjoying a night out on the town together. The support that these two Real Housewives give to each other is sweet, and we hope that they always remain BFFs.

Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon

The green-eyed bandits on Real Housewives of Potomac are Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon, who have always been tight. This duo even co-hosts a podcast together, Reasonably Shady, where they break down everything, except the truths on Juan Dixon‘s juandering eyes. Even when one of these ladies is wrong, the other typically stands in their corner. This is the true definition of a bestie, and it’s nice to see on Real Housewives.

Dorit Kemsley and Kyle Richards

Watch What Happens Live/YouTube

Over on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, stars Dorit Kemsley and Kyle Richards are bonding over their stressful marriages. These two have often leaned on each other for support though, as events like home invasions, petty cast fights, and salacious rumors have plagued them both over the years. How their marriages will end up is anyone’s guess, but it’s pretty fair to assume that Dorit and Kyle will remain BFFs no matter what.

Sutton Stracke and Garcelle Beauvais

Bravo/YouTube

Sutton Stracke and Garcelle Beauvais are also best friends on RHOBH. These two often poke fun at each other, but they can also very quickly call out each other’s actions as needed. We’d love to see a Garcelle and Sutton spin-off, because these two know how to keep things light, at least with each other. This Real Housewives duo is the kind of BFF pairing that we love to see, as they each keep it real, while in turn keeping each other in stitches.
