Kroy won’t be the only one with a repoed car
New court docs show Ally Bank filed a lawsuit against Kimbo and Brielle. This would be over the 2019 Range Rover and the bank wants a huge amount of money neither of them have. “Defendants have defaulted on their obligations under the Contract. As of May 31, 2023, Defendants are indebted to Ally in the sum of $83,969.35. on the Contract.”
Kim and Brielle basically had a payment plan where they were supposed to send $1903 per month. At some point, the bank stopped receiving the monthly credit. The lawsuit has demanded permission to grab the car before it can appear in any new police footage.
Kroy and Kim are also mid-divorce and in mediation. Additionally, they are financially destitute. The McMansion of Sorrows is currently on the market but the price was just slashed by $500k. Money problems might have been the last straw for this marriage because their issues became public after the government requested $1 million in back taxes.
Just like wifey, Kroy didn’t pay for his Rolls-Royce and that was taken back by the bank because he too defaulted on payments. Then there is the credit card hole and an alleged gambling issue. In lieu of employment to have a steady income and put a dent in these bills, Kim is selling their belongings online.
