The return of Southern Hospitality has fans interest peaking in Leva Bonaparte again. The Charleston, South Carolina resident stars in both Southern Charm and Southern Hospitality. She’s the friend who offers advice to the rest of the cast in Southern Charm.
In the latter reality TV hit, Leva showcases her professional life as cameras follow the staff of her most successful restaurant, Republic. Southern Hospitality premiered in 2022 and is currently airing Season 2.
Leva seems to have it all. A successful career, and a gorgeous family. She shares five-year-old son Lamar Jr. with her husband Lamar Bonaparte. And in a recent dialogue with Us Weekly, the entrepreneur shared how she manages a work/life balance. As well as what won’t be compromised when it comes to rearing her child.
Leva uses “me time” to recharge and bring her best for her family
Leva exclusively told Us Weekly that mornings are precious time to recharge and put herself first.
“I love treating myself to ‘me time’ and feeling ready and refreshed for the day,” she explained. “These next few hours are super busy before the little guy comes home and the chaos begins.”
Naturally, Leva’s four bars need a lot of attention. And the timing of preparing for evening service hits hardest at night. But Leva always manages to do a bedtime routine with Lamar Jr. before heading out to visit her various venues. It’s something she won’t “compromise” on.
“We typically read a few of these five-minute stories, talk about our favorite thing we did today, and [it’s time] to sleep!” Leva shared the sweet bedtime routine.
Once her son is tucked in, the reality TV star goes to work. And it’s been a tall order to rally the Southern Hospitality cast this season. Leva is laying down the law on drinking on the job after a lenient season last year.
