Jessica Vestal from Love Is Blind Season 6 has been a fan favorite so far. From her personality to her shady quip about Jimmy Presnell needing an EpiPen when he finally saw her, we’ve loved watching her.
Although Jimmy is engaged to Chelsea Blackwell, he had a chance to chat with Jess during their lake party in the February 28 drop on Netflix. They discussed their relationship, how things ended, and the chances of things going differently. Jim Bob even joked that Jess was still his No. 1 choice. Yikes. How would Chelsea feel?
Jess believes Jimmy made the right decision
In a recent interview with Us Weekly, Jess chatted about the cast’s lake party and her conversation with Jimmy. “I’m not sure the context that that was said in, but I will say he did conduct himself well and respectfully [at] the lake party,” she said before adding that she “didn’t … think anything” of the comment.
“He made it known that he felt like he made the right decision and he was excited to be marrying Chelsea. I didn’t get the thought that he was wishing it had been me.”
Now, if Chelsea and Jimmy actually make it to the altar, that has yet to be seen. The pair have fought incessantly throughout the last few episodes. At one point, things got so heated that Jimmy called things off, only to be swayed by Chelsea’s pleas for forgiveness.
However, Jimmy addressed the watcher’s concerns regarding their relationship, adding that the editors haven’t portrayed their time together accurately. “I just feel like they didn’t do enough justice to how we were as a relationship,” he said. “We were fighting. We loved each other. Maybe we haven’t [seen] enough of that yet, in my opinion.”
