While Brittany Cartwright has her own problems to worry about with The Valley, she couldn’t help but share some thoughts on Ariana Madix.
As Vanderpump Rules Season 11 goes on, it would seem Ariana’s friends are turning on her. Reports suggest Lala Kent got into it with Ariana while filming the Season 11 reunion. Since then, Lala’s been on a defamation kick.
Scheana Shay would seem to side with Lala, telling fans they’d understand her frustrations soon enough. With all these changing allegiances in the news, fans have perceived Lala and Scheana’s actions as pure jealousy.
Brittany still thinks Scheana is happy for Ariana
In her appearance on the April 9 episode of Amanda Hirsch’s podcast Not Skinny but Not Fat, Brittany discussed the jealousy among the VPR castmates. Amanda asked, “Do you think that the girls can genuinely be happy for her success? Or like, it’ll always be meddled with jealousy?”
Brittany responded, “I mean, I think it’s obvious there’s a little bit of jealousy going on in that show. I mean, I’m definitely happy for her. And I know that they’re all happy for her. I think that everybody’s just like, ‘Well, why isn’t this happening to me?’”
Amanda mentioned an April Fools photoshop she saw with a fake TMZ headline announcing Scheana’s casting on Dancing with the Stars. That led Brittany to say, “Scheana for instance; she’s definitely happy for Ariana. But … you can still be happy for somebody and want to do those things too.”
Brittany further added, “I know that they’ve also been upset because people say things behind the scenes and then don’t say it on camera. So, I think that’s been an issue all season long for them … Lala’s super open about it.” Indeed, on her podcast, Scheana claimed Lala expressed the sentiment that a costar was acting up for the cameras.
