One episode into Season 14 of Real Housewives of New Jersey and Teresa Giudice’s biggest haters are already riled up. In case you didn’t see last night’s showing, watchers couldn’t help but notice one Housewife in particular (Rachel Fuda) was so excited to have an issue with Teresa for the sake of making a moment. And she wasn’t alone. Her husband, John Fuda, also got in the mix, calling Tre a “has-been.” The Season 14 premiere isn’t the only place the Fudas are talking poorly about Teresa. They’re running their traps in interviews, too. Read on to find out.
Rachel essentially calls Teresa broke for taking the House of Villains job…
News broke some time ago that Teresa would appear on Season 2 of E!’s House of Villains. Season 1 featured Jax Taylor, Tanisha Thomas, Johnny Bananas, and so many others. The premise is to take notable villains of reality TV shows, place them in a house, and have them compete for $200K.
During her interview with Page Six, Rachel spent most of it (because what else is new) talking about Teresa and her hefty check from NBC Universal.
Rachel threw major shade when the hosts asked her what she thought of Tre’s new show, slated to air in the fall. “You gotta do what you gotta do,” she said, which seemed like a jab at Tre and Luis Ruelas‘ alleged money problems.
She later brought up her surprise at Teresa owning the “villain” title so proudly. “She took the title. I didn’t take the first punch as she says, right?” Rachel said. “So she called herself a villain.”
Teresa did own it, and thankfully, many of the fans agree that she’s an enjoyable villain—one who will likely be around much longer than Mrs. Fuda.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey continues on Sundays at 8/7c.
