The Netflix real estate universe is expanding, and this time, they’re heading across the pond. From the creators of Selling Sunset and Buying Beverly Hills comes Buying London. If you couldn’t tell by the title, it’s going to follow the luxurious lives of top-tier real estate agents at a high-stakes brokerage.
Netflix’s new series follows Daniel Daggers, the brain behind DDRE. Just like on the other Netflix real estate shows, Daniel’s real estate agency focuses on luxury properties and employs an army of glamazons. Netflix just dropped the trailer for the new show, and it looks like it’s going to live up to its predecessors.
Watch the Buying London Season 1 trailer
In the first sneak peek at Netflix’s new series, we get a glimpse of some of the high-end properties up for grabs in the London market. Of course, the stakes are high when you’re dealing with properties that are worth more than some people will make in their lifetimes. The trailer also introduces us to Daniel’s real estate agents who are eager to live up to his high expectations.
“My reputation and all my money is on the line,” Daniel warned his employees in the clip.
Of course, while we come to this show for mind-blowing real estate, the best part is the drama. Buying London looks like it’s going to have plenty of it. For example, in one clip, two agents start bickering while walking around a listing.
“You’re talking over me,” one agent warns. “My input will not happen unless you will shut up.”
The clip also teased a little bit of relationship drama on the horizon for Buying London cast. Some of the brokers have their eyes on their male colleague named Oli. The only problem is that he has a wife. The wife ends up confronting her husband’s coworkers in the trailer, which looks like it’s going to play out extremely awkwardly. It’s bad for them but good for us.
Buying London premieres on Netflix on May 22.
