So, nobody knows whether The Valley will have a reunion. Not even Kristen Doute. Despite Kristen and her boyfriend, Luke Broderick, saying the series would not have a Season 1 gathering, the former Vanderpump Rules star has rolled her comments back. But before we get into it, let’s revisit their remarks from earlier this month.
During their podcast, Luke said, “It’s 100% true there will not be a reunion.” Shortly after, they discussed the future of the series, saying they hoped the network would bring them back for a second season. “We would love to hope and assume that we will come back for Season 2. It just has not been officially told to us,” Kristen said.
Well, one thing we know for sure is that The Valley will return for a second season. However, news of a Season 1 reunion is still up in the air.
Kristen said nothing has been set in stone regarding a reunion
In an interview with the New York Post, Kristen backpedaled, saying a Valley reunion could still happen. “I did say [there would be no reunion] on my podcast — but it’s what I’ve read online,” she said. HUH? Girl, you, of all people, should know you should’ve just kept quiet on this one if you didn’t know for certain.
“I’m not 100 percent sure yet. I don’t know either way,” she continued. “We haven’t been given a date, [and] we haven’t been told there’s not one yet.”
Well, this is kind of good news. Considering Season 1 of The Valley has brought major drama on and off screen, there’s no way there SHOULDN’T be a reunion. Michelle and Jesse Lally have to confront Kristen. Jax Taylor needs to own his part in the Michelle rumors. And … Danny and Nia Booko need to confront Jax about saying they could be the next couple headed toward Divorce Street.
The Valley continues on Tuesdays at 9/8c.
