Does Tom Sandoval want to ask Lala Kent on a date? Well, maybe at one point, but probably not anymore now that he’s got a girlfriend. Although, having a girlfriend didn’t stop him from pursuing other women in the past.
Lala made a surprising 180 during Vanderpump Rules Season 11. Almost the entire cast went into the season despising Tom. Most episodes revolved around Tom’s attempts to find redemption with his friends. Surprisingly, he managed to find it with some cast members, including Lala.
The turn made next to no sense to those who’d watched Seasons 10 and 11 with dedication. It seemed almost manufactured. But for one reason or another, Lala was coming around to Sandoval. And it seemed Tom was really warming up to her too.
Should Sandoval and Lala go on a date?
Recently, Peacock released a VPR special called Vanderpump Rules: Secrets Revealed. In the previously unaired footage, viewers saw Sandoval and Tom Schwartz discussing the former’s attempts to apologize to Katie Maloney. Sandoval said, “I figure, you know, if [Katie] can be BFFs with Lala, eventually [she] can come around to me.”
Fans will undoubtedly recall Katie and Lala’s rollercoaster of a relationship. At one point, the two hated each other only to later become quite close. Now, after the events of the Season 11 reunion, the two aren’t exactly simpatico anymore. To Sandoval’s supposition, Schwartz responded, “Lala’s been so chill.” He added, “Me and Lala are connecting,” as fans saw.
“Yeah, I’m digging her vibe,” Sandoval agreed. He then joked, “What if I asked Lala out on a date?” because, apparently, Sandoval can’t see women as anything other than potential partners. Schwartz replied, “She would say, ‘F*ck no,’” producing a laugh from his buddy. From there, the conversation moved away from Lala.
