Simon Guobadia Hits Back at Porsha Williams’ Emergency Order

It’s been another busy day for the unfortunate lawyers tasked with handling Porsha Williams and Simon Guobadia’s divorce. The whole situation has become increasingly hostile, and Porsha is trying to fight for her right to film The Real Housewives of Atlanta wherever she wants. Simon and his lawyers are fighting tooth and nail to prevent that from happening.

This chaos all started when Simon threatened to sue the RHOA producers if they tried to film Season 16 in the martial home he used to share with Porsha. Meanwhile, she filed an emergency order hoping to persuade a judge to give her the green light to film. She wanted the courts to recognize that filming in her home is a huge part of her job.

The whole thing has felt like watching a tennis match, and now, Simon hit the ball back onto Porsha’s side of the court.

Simon doesn’t think there’s an emergency

According to Radar Online, Simon responded to Porsha’s emergency order by arguing that there wasn’t an “emergency” at all. He wants his wife’s request ignored because she came to the court with “unclean hands.”

“Petitioner fails to show that an emergency exists,” a lawyer wrote. “Petitioner commenced this divorce action on February 22, 2024, yet waited 3 months before filing her ’emergency’ motion on May 20.”

According to Simon and his lawyers, Porsha doesn’t need to film RHOA at the marital home. Remember Porsha’s Palace? Simon and his legal team think she should just film there.

We’ll keep our eyes peeled to see if a judge rules on this. Previously, a judge said that this whole fiasco over filming RHOA would need to be resolved at a later date. Priority number one needs to be finalizing this divorce.

TELL US – DO YOU THINK PORSHA SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO FILM IN THE HOME SHE SHARED WITH SIMON, OR SHOULD SHE GO BACK TO PORSHA’S PALACE?
