In the Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 14 premiere, fans saw the aftermath of a terrible confrontation. Broken glass was scattered along the steakhouse floor. Things ended so terribly that Bravo decided to pull the plug on a Season 14 reunion altogether.
Things apparently boiled over from a tumultuous Season 13, as Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga’s family couldn’t make amends. Luis Ruelas wasn’t much help in that regard. (One might even argue he’s responsible for the extreme tumult). While an explanation will come for the steakhouse confrontation, some RHONJ insiders may have just spilled everything there is to know.
What went down on RHONJ between Margaret and Teresa?
“At the finale dinner, Teresa Giudice and Margaret Josephs got into a very, very heated argument,” sources told OK! on July 3. “Teresa was screaming at Margaret Josephs that she’s been trying to ruin her relationship with Luis Ruelas since the beginning.”
“More specifically, Teresa claimed that Margaret started rumors about Luis early on and this is where their problems had stemmed from. Margaret did deny it, but then Teresa pointed to a very specific piece of evidence to show that this was the case in her opinion.”
Marge allegedly retaliated by bringing up Jackie Goldschneider’s chats with Luis’ ex, “in an effort to show it wasn’t just her.” However, Teresa apparently wasn’t mad at Jackie, acknowledging that she acted only because of Tre’s prior pot-stirring.
“She definitely was mad at Margaret, though, because Teresa felt like they had forged a friendship on the show from Margaret’s first season on. Plus, Teresa had Margaret at her wedding so she couldn’t understand why she would do this to her.”
Danielle allegedly threw a glass pitcher at Jen
From there, things spiraled between Jennifer Aydin and Danielle Cabral. “It was beyond explosive. Jen mentioned something about Danielle’s husband [having man boobs] or something and this set Danielle off explosively.” Danielle and Jennifer were allegedly responsible for the glass on the floor.
As one insider explained, “The glass that was everywhere on the floor was because Danielle picked up a glass pitcher and chucked it at Jen. She then lunged at her as well. It was absolutely crazy and she was extremely violent in nature!”
Kim DePaola confirmed these same details in mid-June. On the Miss Understood Podcast with Rachel Uchitel, Kim sought to assess Danielle and Jen’s actions. While some Housewives act up for the cameras, Kim felt the actions at Rails Steakhouse were entirely personal.
