During Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 14, Jackie Goldschneider entered Teresa Giudice’s circle of friends. This move felt shocking for many, as Teresa helped spread falsehoods about Jackie’s husband, Evan Goldschneider. To repay Teresa, Jackie spoke with Luis Ruelas’s ex, gaining intel to help call out Tre’s new man if needed. But then, as if nothing ever happened, Jackie and Teresa’s friendship returned during RHONJ Season 14. As Jackie recently explained, it was time for both parties to forgive and forget.

Jackie opened up about her rekindled friendship with Teresa on her new podcast, Just Jackie. Despite their years-long feud, these two are now back to a place of love, love, love. After realizing they both hurt each other, each party owned up to their failings, asking for forgiveness from the other. Having a friend is far easier than having a foe, as both women can now attest.
“We have just both hurt each other so many times,” Jackie began, adding, “We’ve been vicious to each other for so many years, and yet we chose to forgive each other and to move forward. And a lot of people are really, really uncomfortable with that.”
Jackie continued, noting she “can only speak for myself.” But in her heart, a reconciliation “felt right.” By “letting go” of their “pain,” “hurt,” and “want for revenge,” Jackie has added “a lot of peace” back into her life.
As for the hurt they have caused each other, Jackie explains they “weren’t just pretending it didn’t happen,” as “Teresa and I got together with our husbands. We talked about it off-camera. We apologized to each other for it. We apologized to each other’s husbands, and [then] we decided to move forward.”
And now, Jackie and Teresa have “a nice friendship that continues to grow off camera,” Jackie ends. Well, that’s good, as off-camera might be their new norm. The casting decisions for Season 15 are currently on hold, as the network tries to untangle and salvage this messy, fractured series.
